Info on level of vanilla has not been released yet. Only that the world setting is the MC being the sole male alive.

Saying that doesn't make sense really, since in a way your saying that he's choosing to have less sex scenes in the main story event because that's cannon while the thing that is non-canon [ntr/last chance (non-ntr or ntr) gets all the good ones and he can go ape-shit on that one.
Because creating non-canon stuff does eat up dev time and assuming that he didn't have the last chance polls, what do you think those events would've been? they would be excluded from the game completely or he would have to come up with new scenes to replace those because we are aware that PV's update is bigger than the previous one. So the Last chance votes would've been replaced and what do you think which scenes would be added ? more NTR or non-ntr ?
If you're saying that it would've stayed as it is then the polling made 0 sense and the true update size would be without the last chance scenes that were voted that is 8-9 or scenes, are you saying that ? Because here Sterling would bang the chicks according to the last chance polls, so it is cannon; hence by having last chance polls WWG basically said to NTR fans here take it away, imma sit back
Once again, I would say, what you're referring to vanilla in last chance isn't it, because then Sterling has to be involved in those scenes, as couple of the users have pointed out that Sterling "may be/can be" a part of the scenes, otherwise it's just the girls. While in NTR you have Hunter Jr, Drew & Kevin in that event hence it's considered as NTR, but when Sterling is missing from the scene and girls are doing the nasty like Brenna fucking Eileen / or Cath humping Breanna that's not vanilla.

I went to Japan for business, and it was a weird experience because it was all blurry down there until I left the country. The first time using a urinal in the airport was a traumatic experience. I thought the flight warped into another weird dimension.
I saw this before in other games, people saying exactly this, while the dev milk patreon with teasers and no updates. But I'll not bust your bubble.
Just gonna point this game released stuff at maximum 6 months on worst scenarios, 1 year and 2 months isnt justifiable.
Lets see if you're right and a big update come this month, or if I'm right and the update (if it comes) will be ultra short, and only a milking excuse. So far my record of predicting games abandoned or milking is immaculated. But there's always a first time for everything, and I hope it's with this game, cause its a VERY good game.

Alright, girl on girl isn't "vanilla", but it isn't NTR. So my point stands: the increase in NTR for the next chapter is WWG's choice, not the NTR fans' like you asserted.

Applying your experience from "other games", but not factoring this dev's reputation, is neither fair nor logical. Many of us have been following this game for years, and while the release cycles have become longer and longer, the amount of content in each has gotten bigger and bigger. So you could potentially criticize the dev for poor planning or scope management, but not milking.
Heck, we've seen more images just in teasers than some other games have in their updates.

Vanilla? that guy will make a comedic NTR(BAD ENDING)/Vanilla game so yeah I don't think he will create a vanilla without something that can spice up his game ...

This is the one dev who would never do that. He has been consistently transparent with his fans throughout the whole development of the game. Monthly updates by the way. The ones who actually milk go M.I.A for months even years. I hope you come back in here and admit how wrong you really were when this update drops.

He said there was going to be only ONE male in his new game and he said "i couldn't include ntr even if I wanted to" because of there only being one guy in the game. BUt maybe we'll get futa ntr?

I don't think you understand what "less" means. He's not scrapping sex scenes in the original story because of the Last Chance poll. It's still the same amount of sex scenes as originally. So, not "less" but still the same amount.

Just because it'll be cannon, doesn't mean it's part of the original story. It's extra on top of the original story and will have no influence on it. Let's say the original story will reveal it's all because of the influence of a Mayan curse. Sterling won't find it out in one of the Last Chance events, because they're extra, not part of the original story. It's extra, it gets added to the number of scenes we get, but no scenes that were originally planned will get scrapped. So we will never get less than intended.

You are correct in a way. Like, if WWG had a deadline for release, and could only make a certain amount of sex scenes before that deadline, then for each NTR scene that would mean one less non-NTR scene. However, considering WWG does NOT have a deadline, I'm thinking there will still be a lot of non-NTR scenes.
Did you even look at the table I posted? I went to some effort to put that together, just to show that Last Chance polls didn't influence NTR scenes as much as you suggest, but you seemed to get distracted by a semantics debate over the word "vanilla".
Again, most of the NTR scenes that have been teased are not connected to Last Chance polls. Really, check out that table from my earlier post. If WWG never offered the Last Chance polls, then likely a) he would've come up with more scenes himself (INCLUDING NTR scenes), or b) the update would be smaller overall.
I can't find that one here. When searching for it I get an "Oops! We ran into some problems." Is that the correct name of the game?
