I called "the darkweb chronicles"(because all the what ifs invlove someone bought something on the dark web),another detail is that the what ifs take plase close to when sterling meet each girl

-ophelia(what if ophelia eat too much):hunter bought some special souces to make his food better them sterling she became so adicted she start do do whatever she asks for more food,in the end after feed the other girls,hunter turn the house into a restaurant,to trick more woman
-lucia(what if hunter convince her first):in this one hunter convined lucia sterling its a pervert and she became his helper,he bought her a VR headset and secrettly used to body swap with her when she discover the truth,with end with her in hunter body been locked away and hunter in lucia´s body,gaining the girls trust
-aliza( what if kevin bought a diferent thing):
when sterling found kevin secret camera, instead of kevin bought the camera he goes to a dark web page and found an ad to a mind control/binbofication potion,he test on aliza put the potion in her soup. cut to weeks later sterling and the girls are going to dinner in aliza´s house,they talk about how they didnt hear about aliza in weeks with kevin say she´s goin on a "emergency trip". when they open the door they meet the bimbofied aliza acting all happy and dumb talking about how her and kevin are in love (a little bit of comedy with kevin trying to hide his pervert actions and retcon alizas comments). sterling follow kevin to his room when he see him with aliza plan to put the potion in the girls drinks, even put one on sterlings cup to turn him into a girl,depending on your choices two endings
bad ending:sterling and the girls drink the potion and turn into bimbos becoming kevins harem
good ending:kevin was the one who drink sterling cup and became a female version, we cut to sterling learn about an antidote during kevins transformation and he plans to give to everyone to turn them back to normal...but maybe he should do that later or even give that potion to a certain hunter.
