I want to say it's Hunter, too but that outfit is throwing me off. It's probably a super expensive eastern formal wear but there's a small chance it's a fireproof/similar suit and we're seeing the start of a bad-end where the chemicals we saw(Have we seen those in game? Been a yar plus(Wahhhh) since I played through) are being used by Hunter/etc and somehow Eileen bringing us to the shed we get a choice that stops it. Or much more interestingly she's a part of it. But I'm convinced the person is there for the chemicals/they're heavily involved. Maybe Hunter has to re-up after being kicked out? Like maybe it's something like this.
I think it'll be something like Sterling, Cath and Bren talk about strap-on stuff(reference the last chapter a few times) to Tiff and Amber who get curious and and when the milfs show back up he sets up a situation where they can see how it feels. And yes it makes no sense but it'd be great if it were a futa scene. I just don't think there's a way to write that in. Then again bro took 2 months to rewrite so hope is not lost.
On that note I'm now hiring someone from June 3rd-indeterminate for a full-time position. Basically the job is this; every time I wake up I'll ask if chapter 13 is out. If it's not you hit me on the head with a 2x4 and I go back to "sleep." If it is you start playing this full volume as loud as possible for the whole block to hear with as many lights and fireworks as the remaining budget for your position allows.
