The dev made it pretty clear that they were going through some pretty serious health issues in the last couple of dev logs. The dude is a one man team, so its to expected that the update would be delayed when something like that happens. For me personally, it's only a problem if it's not optional or isn't an avoidable consequence i.e. Mistreating a character or not showing them enough affection by whatever mechanic, leads to them cheating on the MC, or in the case of this game one-off Bad Ends that are ultimately meaningless.

Technically Drew hasn't fucked any of those characters in canon.

Drew was fucking Nora and Keira up until 15 years ago, but as far as we know that was consensual and they weren't in other relationships.

I assume Drew fucked the women in the households that Hunter had previously conquered, when she went to "check on them", but I don't remember if that was explicitly stated.

Drew fucked Eileen, Brenna's old rival, but it appears Eileen was the one who initiated that, in order to get closer to Brenna's family for her own evil plans.

Apparently the worst thing Drew has done is have an affair with David (Ophelia's husband), but there's a lot we don't know about that, so I think it's possible Drew and Ophelia could reconcile and get past it.
