If you're using a Chapter 11 save and haven't played through Chapter 12, then 12 is still waiting for you to unlock. Every scene for each chapter is unlocked when you reach the end of that chapter.

Any way to "pick up" from there? When I try to continue from that save all conversations at the dinner table lead to a crash.
