Hunter can finger Ophelia in the kitchen in an optional scene in Chapter 1, so I would say yes, Hunter must've gone to work immediately using his tricks and chemicals to seduce the women in the house.

As for what Ophelia knew about Hunter, Drew, David, etc., I think she was in the dark about most of it until recently (the last couple of chapters). There was a lot revealed to Ophelia right at the end of Chapter 12, so we haven't seen much of her reaction yet. I'm not sure if you played through every chapter yet, so I'm being deliberately vague.

Ok thanks for clearing that up I played the whole game at chapter 12 but it has been forever and my memory is shit but I refuse to play again until chapter 13 release. I'm open to all spoilers. One other thing that I wonder about is Lucia's exhibitionist/old man kink that I've seen others here discuss. How did that kink develop was that ever expained? Or was it maybe somehow "passed down" through Hunter's genes? I realize that's not how that works in reality but since he regards himself as dio del sesso perhaps he has that kind of power somehow? Which makes me wonder if the rest of Hunter's descendants have certain sexual perversions or kinks that are all passed down from the bloodline? In chapter twelves Hunter bad end he tells AI Sterling that he doesn't like to seduce depressed women so he was likely taking his time after David's funeral. There's also this weird line he throws out about "everyone else must fail". Possible foreshadowing?

I'm not sure what to make of "everyone else must fail". I suppose by "everyone else", Hunter's referring to his competition, in this case Sterling. Hunter might've been able to seduce the women more quickly, but he wants a more complete victory for some reason, either out of ego or perhaps to ensure it's long-lasting. Hunter knows that to truly "conquer" the women after they fell in love with Sterling, he has to undermine Sterling in their minds, which is a gradual process.

If I recall correctly, Lucia developed (or discovered) a humiliation/exhibition fetish after being pranked with the see-through bikini. Could she have had a genetic predisposition for this? I don't know, I think it's more a part of her complex psychology.

In the Hunter/Brenna guitar scene, and the Hunter/Catherine gym scene, I guess Hunter could have seduced them naturally, but I think Hunter's drugs likely played some part. He'd probably been in the house long enough to tamper with their food/drink, hygiene products, etc.

Come to think of it, I'm not sure how long Hunter was living there before Sterling came back. Hunter says Ophelia contacted him for help with the mortgage, which would have been after David's recent death. His funeral was only the day before Sterling's return, so how long could Hunter have been there realistically, maybe a week? But even a week seems like plenty of time for Hunter's drugs to work their magic, making the ladies horny and lowering their inhibitions.

I think not. Hunter was the driving force that made the wheels turn to lead Sterling into situations with the girls. Sure, Sterling might have gotten turned on when he saw them in bikinis all the same, but he would never have acted on those feelings.

WWG also mentioned that a game without Hunter would be pointless because Hunter was integral to pushing the story forward. Hunter is the cause of everyone in that house wanting to fuck everyone so much.

I think "everyone else must fail" means, that he does not want to share. If you succeed and your competitor(s) also succeed, you probably have to share your win. He wants a complete victory and does not want to be one winner amongst others. Destroying your opponents has the advantage, that they will never be able to compete with you in the future.

I've been really puzzling over that line, "It is not sufficient that I succeed. Everyone else must fail”. I ended up reading about "Mr. Khan", a character from a British sitcom, and about Khan Noonien Singh from Star Trek.

Eventually I came upon the reference, which is a quote attributed to Genghis Khan. So with that, I think it's merely another way of saying that Hunter has "conquered" the house.

My understanding of the timeline is that David and his mother Nora had something going on before she got involved with Drew (and later also with Hunter). This may be partly why David expressed such feelings of rage and betrayal when he discovered Nora (and Keira) were having sex with Drew and Hunter.

And yes, if there was such as thing as a genetic predisposition to incest, Sterling and his siblings could have inherited it from both of their parents. Honestly such a trait seems like something that would be naturally eliminated over enough generations, but I'll suspend my disbelief because porn logic lol.
