I've been really puzzling over that line, "It is not sufficient that I succeed. Everyone else must fail”. I ended up reading about "Mr. Khan", a character from a British sitcom, and about Khan Noonien Singh from Star Trek.I don't think that's what he meant. David and Sterling had already completely lost months ago. He even bumped off Drew. So who are the others that must fail?
Eventually I came upon the reference, which is a quote attributed to Genghis Khan. So with that, I think it's merely another way of saying that Hunter has "conquered" the house.
