-With the lewd patch the beginning of the game is totally different, right?
-Even with ntr on and choosing ntr options, the game makes me replay the scene and choose the non-ntr option, is it supposed to be like this?

Patch restores the game as it was "intended" to be played. Without it, it becomes overly safe to comply with patreon standards.
The NTR is just a bad end, to show the consequences if Hunter ever succeeded. It's not a route, but just a glimpse. You need to make the Vanilla choice to proceed with the canon path.

I played this game from the start again and I had totally forget that Drew and Mallory had met each other and Mallory wanted to go and brunch with Drew.
Mallory was in a hurry to bounce on Sterlings dick, but my question is do you think there could be an Drew x Mallory scene coming up?
If not this could be an nice "what if"

Good observation on the Drew and Mallory interaction, which very well could've been WWG planting a seed for a later scene between them. I'd love to see it, but I don't think it's going to happen in chapter 13. It just occurred to me that Mallory isn't even in any of the teaser pics.
