A joke message at the end doesn't suddenly become Canon just because you like ntr. None of the ntr are ones are canon. Not kevin's, not Hunter's, not Cerberus's and Ophelia is pretty openly visceral about her dislike of Kevin. There can't be two "true" endings.

I'm playing the game with the patch and ntr turned off and lucia still does stuff with old guys at cabin is there a fix for this? I'm mean if ntr is off this scene shouldnt be playing out

The only thing Lucia does with the old guys is give the MC a blowjob in front of them. There is a separate non-canon What If (#2) where she does more with them.

she doesn't do stuff with them. she does stuff for them, kinda, but never anything with them. yeah, it does have NTR vibes but it's meant to be seen. it's to show you how Lucia is a bit of a freak. Its for her character development. you wouldn't get how far she would go if we don't get that scene.

that being said, that's the furthest she goes against Sterlings wishes and she gets a stern talking too by Sterling. She doesn't do anything like that again. (unless you turn on NTR).

The image smearing is like a visual representation of Lucia "snapping" or her "discovering" herself. If you click, press space/enter, those inputs count while it's smearing and you are skipping some dialogue that comes after it. that's why it suddenly jumps to an animation.
