Actually, a correction: futa Ophelia still had a pussy, it was just usually hidden by her balls (see pic below). So then futa Eva could be the same way, having both organs. But with futa Lucia it's hard to tell if she still has a pussy, it's not visible in the preview image.

That's a good question. Ophelia's show itself is probably a canon quest line, but I'm guessing the futa scenes would probably be optional. So far WWG has made most of the more "niche" content optional, so people can skip it if they don't want to see it.
Maybe there's a whole bottle of magic futa pills, and we get the choice to dispose of them? But if we don't, futa outbreak lol.

Surely it's just Eva and Lucia if there's an outbreak. Otherwise, there'd be too many Chiefs and not enough Indians, so to speak. in this case, too many dicks, not enough pussies ratio. if everyone grew a dick that is. that would be a whole different kind of bad end lol.
I'm thinking that WWG is going balls out (yes, pun intended) with this one. We've had events before that were dependent on other story lines and I'm guessing Ophelia's game show is one of them. Now, with the amount of added NTR events, I don't think we'll see them all at the end, but mid-story. So, in this case, Ophelia's game show will be talked about (so we know it'll happen), but before it happens, we'll have Eva's transition, do a time skip and end up with the game show.

There were probably no puppy assets so WWG used a shrunken down version of Cerberus's. I for one am glad that PV isn't being delayed so WWG can make accurate puppy models for a couple renders

I also thought those were figurines at first, and referred to them as such in my recent post describing the teasers. Obviously puppies have bigger heads and shorter legs, etc., but as pinkie96 suggested, there may have been no puppy models for WWG to use, so he just scaled down the regular dog model. Their shiny appearance seems like glossy paint, but if you look closely you'll see that Sterling's arms are also shiny, indicating the dogs are actually wet, presumably from just being born.
