These animations have a lot of closeups so it's hard to tell who some of the characters are, but I agree with most of your analysis. Some notes:

You might be trying to extrapolate too much from teasers. We know Sterling will have scenes with Ophelia, and other characters will have scenes with her too. But we don't know the proportion of these scenes. How about waiting for the update instead of preemptively criticizing?
Because the amount of times Sterling fucked Ophelia until now is already minimal and nothing that came about this final chapter during this more than 1 year of development indicate that will change?
It seems to me that Sterling and Ophelia will fuck during the cooking show, after the speed dating event, on the way upstairs from the kitchen, and when Tsukiko spies on them. I'm not sure how many more scenes they need to have. Ophelia's my favorite character, but I recognize this isn't exclusively a mom/son story.

It seems like this teaser is some kind of lifeline for those who started to panic about the development. Something like "Guys, calm down - just let me finish"
That teaser was tagged NTR as far as I remember. I think the scene would be like Ophelia takes sip of that drugged alcohol and the effect of that drug would make her mistake young Hunter for Sterling and doing the deed with him. Then again we can see Sterling x Brenna missionary POV animation, which was also tagged as NTR teaser. So, I don't know maybe WWG maybe making rewarding vanilla scene if NTR scenario if avoided.
Yeah that maybe possible. Also, the Ophelia x Keira scene looks like a FUTA scene and considering what if? 8 was FUTA NTR, there might be another scene which was not tagged as NTR but maybe NTR.
I personally think that's young Hunter. That's the NTR scene and you can see the toolbox from the teaser.

Many more, not just in this chapter but chapter 12 too to made up the years of slowburn and the fact that the game will end just 2 chapters after Sterling fuck her for the first time. But of course you don’t mind, Sterling could never fuck Ophelia that you will still be okay as long she was fucked by other characters.
