Ophelia says Drew must re-earn her trust, and gives her the chastity belt ultimatum, and Drew goes along with this.

But how does Drew seduce Ophelia? With Hunter gone, I'm guessing the gas or wine won't be involved, not that she really needs them. I was thinking Ophelia might consent out of pity, mainly after seeing the teaser pic of Drew begging. But I'm not sure pity is enough to get Ophelia to go all the way.

Maybe Drew claims that she needs reach orgasm periodically or it causes her physical suffering, so Ophelia allows her to remove the chastity belt temporarily to accomplish this.
