I just dont see why Sean would go for Amber's household if he was to make an appearance. Too random. I think it would probably be with Sterling's family like the what if.

I'm almost certain that's bathsheba's uncle. The caption of the teasers did say "Brenna's plan to make it up to Bathsheba, the hotel clerk" and maybe one way to make it up to her is fulfilling her old fantasy she talked about. Imo it wouldn't make sense for it to be any random guy or her dad.

Unknown when release date will be. next couple of months hopefully. Update was close to being completed, but real world problems for the developer has slowed the progression of the update down significantly.
