Maybe they just finally hired a poolboy? When young Hunter appears, I wonder what story he tells. I don't think the family would let young Hunter move into the house if: a) they thought he was a complete stranger, or b) they thought he was actually old Hunter in a new body (as I suspect). How does he know about the family and where they live? Perhaps a mysterious benefactor arranges for him to be there, as with young Annabelle? And of course, if it's really old Hunter in a young body, he won't come out and admit that. Either way he has to tell the family something convincing.
The next chapter probably begins right after young Annabelle's arrival (at the end of chapter 12), but at some point there will be a time jump, which is evidenced by Catherine being visibly pregnant in some teasers. During the intervening months, the family grows closer to young Annabelle. They probably piece together Hunter's cloning plan, and maybe that makes them sympathetic toward young Hunter when he eventually shows up.
Yeah it seems the most likely for sureI am pretty sure that the girls are not aware it is young hunter and it will only be revealed in the end.
