Assuming WWG sticks with his prediction of "end of this month" then this "Abandoned" tag will switch over to a "Completed" tag in about a week or two. Despite this chapter taking a long time, I'm not too stressed about it receiving this tag.

I just kind of occasionally pass through with this game and don't really follow it closely. Is Chapter 13 being the final one kind of set, or is that just speculation based on different things?
I vaguely remember how Chapter 12 left off, but IIRC the main LIs finding out about each other and having FFM, Brenna/Ophelia, etc. content basically just happened. I was really looking forward to that kind of content (especially Brenna/Ophelia stuff ever since the beginning when it was hinted at) so if there's only like 1 & 1/2 chapters worth of it that'll be kind of a letdown for me. Unless Ch 13 is just gargantuan and has a lot of that kind of stuff lol.

Yes, chapter 13 is officially the last one. After it, epilogues still are supposed to come, but that's it.
Can't add proof as I'm neither a patron nor on Discord, but it's the official plan voiced by the dev.

Since I don't have the posts on hand to show you definitively, feel free to take what I say with a grain of salt. But yes, this next chapter will conclude the story of Power Vacuum as stated by WWG himself in one of his status updates. However, he also stated that he will likely make a few epilogue updates that he will release periodically. I know that sounds a bit like a contradiction but just note that there won't be anymore massive updates like this one after this next release. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info! Has there been any indication or hints if there will be multiple endings, or if it will just be one canon ending?
I'm just curious because of the word "epilogues". I'm guessing maybe they'll be like those "What if..." episodes in length. Not sure why there would be multiple ones if there's only one ending. But we'll see what happens I guess!

Well, there definitely was talk about epilogues - plural. Not sure if there's gonna be different alternate endings or if it's gonna be several co-existing mini-stories concentrating on certain characters' POV or something. Yup, we'll see eventually. ^^

I can't confirm or deny multiple endings. But I predict there will be one canon harem ending. With a bunch of NTR non-canon bad endings like we've seen throughout the game.
I imagine these epilogues will simply wrap up individual stories such as Ophelia, Brenna etc...

If it's just one ending then I'm guessing it will be primarily the Harem-King type of ending, yeah. I don't know if Sterling is the type who would ever get married, but I do remember thinking that Eva's tease about becoming Brenna's sister-in-law was actually a pretty hot idea
I'd also be down for wifeing up Amber.But if the game world pulled a "Breaking News: Incest is now legal!" porn-logic twist then it would have to be Brenna for me lol.
I don't actually see any of that happening, I'm just musing. I *would* however like to see some impregnation/breeding kink content happen though. Wouldn't even have to be preggo-sex or anything. There's been enough teasing of it that I would feel trolled if it didn't happen
There already is a divergence in the canon-story: We can chose whether Cerberus gets lucky (with his owner) or not. There are a few things I hope for that are too controversial to be in the only canon ending, so I hope for options. But of course, first hope that dev is alright and gets Ch13 out for us.

My thinking on how the story will play out, Hunter is accomplishing exactly what he set out to do from the start. It started with David, Hunter tested his ability to take over as Dio del Seso: DDS from here on (to lazy to look up correct spelling) When David discovered his intent he began to mistreat Sterling for the fear that he would be Hunters next target, so he drove Sterling away upon deciding David was not strong enough to protect his family in the way he wanted Hunter began to psychologically destroy David and I'm assuming this led him to commit suicide. Upon Sterlings return Hunter decides to throw the book at him to see if he will falter like his father or if he truly can replace Hunter as the DDS. So Hunter starts attacking from every angle to penetrate Sterlings protection of the women in his life when he succeeds we get a bad end, when he doesn't Hunter has to take some lumps then when he feels Sterling is close he brings in Drew to try the opposite approach. Trying to just be easy going and everyone friend who can't believe what Hunter has been doing all while looking for an opening. I believe Hunter, Drew, and possibly some other members of the family will launch one more attack now that we have everyone together he is expected to not just protect but be the everything to, lover, protector, leader or DDS.
