I'm only interested in the NTR, but the game no lets you choose the NTR, it takes you back so you can choose another option

it changes, but they're all non canon. Meaning even if you got them, time will rewind and you will take the correct choice (non-NTR) to advance the story.
Weeeeeeeeeellllllll... actually, they are all canon technically. As they happen but get reset by the robot thingy. So, they are technically canon parts of the timeline just the timeline gets reset. The What Ifs are not canon.

No the bad endings are just as non canon as the what ifs. WhatWhyGames was pretty clear on that from the start. Most of the what ifs are basically nothing more then extended bad endings

Yes, I wasn't exactly being serious. Was just trolling about the robot and time travel being actually part of the story. And also that Hunter really is a dick and does Sterling dirty. My boy didn't deserve all that. I'm still not over it... :HideThePain:

Actually the bad endings as well as the what ifs both can be regarded as canon - or better as what would have happened and had become canon, if certain conditions were met. They did not meet, so the events did not become canon. But if they had met...
So they tell us, what certain characters would have done, if...

I think you are projecting your frustration towards DarkCookie on the wrong dev. PW is a big game after seven years. Maybe the recent two updates were the "12months waiting" types. The dev took his time, yet those updates were big and satisfying.
DC is indeed the biggest offender, deserving every bit of criticism, but comparing him to the PW dev is a hail mary overreach.

Read some posts from strenif a few pages back.
WWG just chased himself into a corner, but without any malicious intent towards his patreons.

He needs a little bit of time out. It is literally the last chapter. It can come out whenever. Even in two years time. The game is solid already as it is.
That's it. Take it or leave it.
I understand your point of view, and honestly speaking I'm not really projecting my frustration, I'm just trying to argue with people who like to pat the developer on the head that turned into this in the end, you're the kind of person who pats that kind of person on the head and that's fine, but don't get the wrong idea about what he's doing, you said it yourself, he did several things before and the game is solid, that's exactly it, why do you think he's doing this kind of thing now? He knows that the game is already solid and doesn't need to do much, if he were such an honest guy and deserving of all this love, why didn't he ask for a hiatus or pause the "patreon" before? Do you think this "illness or these problems" he's having are from now? If he was really having all these difficulties, he could have done this much earlier, paused well before and explained everything, said that he was working, but he wasn't able to give his all and that's why he would pause and come back when everything was resolved or almost resolved, knowing that there would be no way to finish his game, but did he do that? No. He kept promising more and more things, increasing the desire and curiosity of the backers, and when the date was approaching, he realized he messed up and came up with another excuse. If this were the first three times he had given an excuse, I would understand. I understood sometimes. Shit happens, problems happen. I understand that. But for a person who spends months just posting images and saying he's working hard to finish it and is almost finished, and then the date arrives and here he comes asking for time. My point is, if anyone reading this still wants to continue to pat this kind of person on the head and deceive themselves, you have every right. But stop trying to turn other people into fools. When this bastard releases this damn update in 2030, I will make a point of going there and donating at the highest tier just because he released it, not because he deserves it. I had a lot more to say, but let's leave that alone . (Holy shit, another giant text). As I said before, this is just my opinion, for those who don't agree, I understand, but don't come and insult me, ok?

I like this way. it works well for this game specifically. Every time is unique and the girls react differently since every time is their first time all over again.
Sorry to switch topics, but I was curious what scene you got that third image in your signature of a pregnant Ophelia riding someone from? Is that a scene in the main Power Vacuum i missed or a fan made one?

To play devil's advocate for a moment, it's the last chapter. If everything went as planned, it would have been finished in a month or two (including the epilogues). Now, how do you think people would have reacted if he had postponed the last chapter? Actually, it's not that hard to imagine, since it's happening right now. My guess is that he knew things were getting worse, but thought that he had more time. So, he'd finish the chapter and the epilogues and in his downtime, he'd recover while planning the next game. But shit hit the fan sooner than he expected and hit in the final stretch instead of just after the finish line. Anyway, just my guess. Take it as you will.

Last time I played this game the story seemed to wrap up intentionally, like an ending. Abandoned seems to be a bit misleading because it's complete, no? I also enjoyed it; one of my favorites.

..because this next one supposed to be the finisher. No, it's not complete. Plus this one supposedly is/was going to be only the first of a couple more endings.

I see. So they had intent to make multiple endings but this one ending still had a little more? I still think the Abandoned tag is a bit misleading because there's a full story here. When I see an Abandoned tag I immediately think it's an incomplete game like cut midway through so it has kind of a negative impact. But this is a full game and if I hadn't played it I may have skipped over it after seeing the tag.

Yes, several endings were planned but evidently the dev struggles to deliver even the first. Whether this first supposed to have more nobody knows as it ain't getting released/finished for an unknown amount of time.
