I log in every couple of months and see the same old story. All the fans are just feeding the chat, no news. What's the point of writing 1,700 pages? Hey, wake up, this clown hasn't been paying attention to the game for a couple of years now. He'll write excuses once or twice a month, but in reality, there's nothing concrete, no date, release date, or anything like that. He'll throw out a couple of pictures to entice you in, like, "I'm still developing it." The game was awesome. But wake up, stop writing, this "developer" doesn't even read it. And even if he says he doesn't need any donations, like he stopped there. Well, he's already seen what he's earned. There can be all sorts of excuses here; people like that are called empty talkers.

Remember: the dev is not making any money. In that case, why does he even bother to check in at all? If you think he cares about the reputation of his anonymous online persona, wouldn't that be better served by releasing the game? If he truly has no intention of finishing it, why doesn't he just go silent forever?

Easy because these people don't actually care about the game. They just appear in every thread that's on hold or takes a while to update and swear up and down that the game is abandoned and that it's a scam and about how wise they are and stupid everyone else is for falling for it. They do it all the time it doesn't matter what game it is, what's the reason for the delay or even if there is no delay and it's simply one of those games that only updates once a year. I wouldn't be surprised if half of them haven't even played it. It's like the same vibe conspiracy theorists get where they latch on to a conspiracy because they have a need to feel special or be smarter, and thinking they know more than everyone else fuels their ego. It's also why they never make these comments on games that are actually abandoned and not just marked abandoned because of site rules. On those threads everyone knows the game isn't going to come back so it's no fun for them.

we don't write here for the dev to read. do you really think all devs come to this pirate site to read what people post on the thread for their pirated game? The dev used to come here years ago, but people kept yelling to him about the NTR so he abandoned the site.

I think most of us here are just exhusted at the delay at getting the game across the finish line that was originally deadlined at 2 years ago now and was reportedly 90% finished 1 year ago, the dev has lost all trust at this point and if the final build is released alot of people wont return especially if save compatibility is lost.
