As evidenced by him saying "QoS", and by the symbol on Ophelia's swimsuit, it's the "Queen of Spades" fetish, which basically refers to white women who want to have sex with black men. "Spade" being an older derogatory term for a black person. So anyway this could be any random black guy, or perhaps the one from the spa.

After ernameus posted the QoS, then HotShame replied to that, and then you replied to HotShame, you can see how I'd assume you were asking about the black guy. "Who is it?" was an unclear question.
Besides, no one is actually "fucking" Ophelia in the QoS pic or the other pool pics, but if you look closely, in one pic you can see what looks like Hunter reflected in her sunglasses.

Hey guys, today I decided to do my first ever render!
It's everyone's lovely Ophelia sitting in her pool and enjoying the sun.
Although I think the final result turned out quite alright, it's a bit noisy and grainy here and there due to my low amount of time.
If anyone would like to give me some suggestions on future renders, (doesn't have to be just Ophelia), go ahead and tell me!

Oh shit! That was incredible. The details on the glasses lenses. We have a good animator here.
I used the BW Beach Glasses Set, BSS 07 was already designed to be reflective. I just reduced the Glossy Roughness in the surfaces tab to make it a clear mirror finish. This set also has settings for the cutout opacity of the lenses, which if you increase beyond the limit can make a more defined mirror finish by decreasing translucency, like on the previously clear BSS 01 in this first example. Any glasses that don't have a white base will give you limited detail in it's reflectivity like this final example using BSS 04.

I was thinking about something for the ones who are interested.
We could write about any potential What if? that we would be interested in seeing in the future.
These don't have to be realistic, just an idea you had about an alternate scenario that you see happening in the Power Vacuum Universe. They can explore different fetish but the point is that you are allowed to go crazy about them.
Don't take it too seriously, these are just ideas and brainstorming for the fun of it. We are not the developper himself.
All of that said if he wants to take any ideas that I wrote here, he is free to do so. I don't mind anyone taking them or getting inspired by them. So I will start with 2 of them in my next comments :
