As supporter of this game, I can't say that I totally disagree with some of the critiques pointed out in the discussions. Myself lowered the support from a initial high level to a simple tier 1 in their patreon because their development times have become too long with four games at once to truly enjoy the stories and the characters.
But I don't find any of the girls ugly, in fact many of them are breathtaking for me. And the stories are written to be convoluted with sapio-level of fun using lots of quotes and sophisticated humor (of course this may not be pleasant for others, I understand it). Creatives are still building rules for their complex worlds and are drawing the lines at what they want to do with the characters they want to include, so I don't criticize them even when they make some unfortunate choices (like the ex-wife or the multiverse).
But the pace I think it need to change, for the better. Focus the efforts into releasing every one month and half one principal game for patreon (Powers That Be & No Place Like Home) alternately, giving us the satisfaction to play at least four updates in a year. Then dismiss or pause one game on subscriberstar to focus only over one to deliver two-three updates every year (I suggest to pause ALT CTRL DEL, I find more engaging The Button but the two main games for me remains those on patreon).
If the pace of the games will become more frequent I will gladly choose again a higher level of support in patreon because I find them engaging from the start.
But I'm a little worried about it because it seems they are starting to miss also the releases dates, the next tier of PTB should have been dropped at least a day ago and still nothing. I send them a couple of messages but no response, hope they are ok. Maybe they will see this post with more ease here instead on patreon or discord.
Welp, I tried to be useful to the conversation at least...
