I got the same issue, and I'm fairly sure you need to be lvl3 and not higher for that quest line to proceed. Which leads to the Atsuo ending which means a vanilla pregnant ending.
1) Incomplete download or incomplete extraction.
2) You have the audio at 0 in the options.
3) You are lacking some of the RPG maker RTP components, download it again.
The new game is not about NTR. It tells about an alternative modern world ruled by "certain people in black suits."
The game's plot tells about a school that is actually a farm for growing unique specimens. The so-called king. What does the king do after he has "found himself"? I couldn't find the answer.
Why people in black suits need him is also not entirely clear. In short, there was a breeding school first. You can get this school if you complete the game at the end of C.
The chairman and liberator have a new son, who will either start a breeding school again or become king. The king is the only survivor, he must execute everyone at the end. This is route B.
According to the game's lore, there was a school for creating "beetles" after the breeding school. It was difficult for me to understand why people in black suits needed bugs, because the translation of philosophy from Japanese into English was not very clear.
Sora's brother, Sora and chairman studied at the beetle breeding school.
The chairman pretended to love Sora's brother. Sora was able to create bugs that would free the school from the influence of the men in black. But the chairman informed the men in black in time, and also turned his brother against Sora and forced his brother to hypnotize Sora for an orgy.
And this school became a breeding school, and Sora died. The beetles had to somehow strengthen their hosts by attaching to souls.
Sora was saved by her bugs. She became a God for bugs. And then our story begins. Our hero's father is Sora's brother. Our hero's mother is a former chairman. Our hero must complete two routes. B and C. The true route is unavailable. It is completely blocked until the passage to the end of B and C. The first two routes are dedicated to making you enjoy debauchery.
The real route tells about how the students rise up against the men in black and save Sora. And Sora helps the hero in his romance.
This game will not be on this site, because the students are under 18 years old, especially Sora.
Depends on the mood of the mod checking for rule 7. Sora states she is around x6 and the MC x7, but when it comes to looks I'd say Madoka is more of an issue there.
And Pray Game has Alcy, stated in-game as x5, making her the youngest until you get to Colotte (not stated but she looks a bit younger).
But Brainwashing Academy is really neat. I'm glad I could MTL through it. Kanae best girl.
Was Sora the one teased at the end of the Pray Game DLC? Or was it for their next fantasy game? I don't remember.

I do not know why you have the impression that Kanae is good.
The author has laid out two main routes in his work: B and C. According to these routes, Kanae simply performs her work, with about the same level of passion as the previous chairman. She pretends to be in love.
Her red eye provokes the hero to sudden actions. This is shown in the prologue. Instead of the "jump" command, the hero suddenly takes the schoolgirl to a dark corner. This is shown on a walk in the park, when the hero did not want to use his curse on the dog's owner, but used it anyway. And all those seizures that the hero experiences are her pushes to the edge.
But Sora always managed to unknowingly send the "skull beetle" to help. It seems to me that route A is an "if" event. In the route A, Kanae does the same, but in the end she tells the hero that it's not his fault and that she really wants to date. Kanae does sell the hero for the sake of a friend.
The game also shows that Kanae's girlfriend is actually saved by a shrimp beetle created by Sora. And when the hero loses contact with Sora, he stops seeing the shrimp, which indicates his madness. All the bugs created by Sora hate the mad king. And in route B, it becomes clear that Kanae tried to save her friend, but in the end she created just a mad king and died just like that.
And the men in black tricked her and used her. After all, the king killed all the bugs and the shrimp too, i.e. Kanae killed her friend too in end route B

Mainly 2 end: End A (Truth) and End B (Carnage). For me End C and the like is just your normal bad end.
The fox thing you have to put money (C) into it, which need to be at least 100000 and double your opponent (Madoka) amount, or 300000 and quadruple your opponent amount (usually shown at the end of the day).

Kanae is fine, she was just being used. Her friend was held hostage, and she did not know that rather than her Curse of Death, it was someone else who was the cause (Only by breaking down the school/the institution will your friend recover etc.). Her eye make MC go haywire due to fear of death, caused by her curse. Curses are passed down, as is the role of 'liberator' and 'lawmaker', and sometimes even infect people, so can't really blame someone for that.

C - God reborn end. Our hero marries the chairman and together they give birth to a new hero who must try to become king or marry the chairman again.
D - The Chairman personally thanks you for being kind and sentences you to death. And the bugs are asking you to start playing seriously and not lose.
In any case, you should have received the instructions in the inventory after completing any route . This is between a "Learn skill" and "achievements". It translated as "Noroi no Kirok"--->END_GUIDE. There is probably a translator error in the MTL program. It's like an encyclopedia of the game. It tells you point by point how to get all the ends.
You can also open the gallery of the entire game after after completing any route. On the world map on the bottom right.
The terms king and god are used by uncle. I like them. The real route end names are a few words that refer either to a human breeding farm or to a world on fire.

I do hope we'll get an English release at some point. Kagura did an okay job with Pray Game, and the uncensor is always a bonus, but a lot of time went between the JP release (oct 2020) and the English one (sep 2023). Assuming a similar backlog, size and process, this might be slated for late 2027/early 2028.

I made a MTL with gpt40 for Brainwash Academy.
It's basically a beta, I haven't had time to properly check it.

No shade intended, but thankfully this isn't accurate. Brainwashing Academy was uploaded about four days after your comment, so I figured I'd link to it here for anyone else who enjoyed Pray Game and wants to play another slow burn U-Room title.
I haven't tried it out yet but I'm looking forward to it. I'm glad folks were discussing it here though, because I didn't know it existed until reading your messages and searching it up, so I appreciate ya.
A mod might want even to add that game link to the OP too, under the Other Games section that some other RPGM titles have
OK, did my first run as a virgin (but still eros level 2 because I got bored of not having access to stuff) on Severe, and this was pretty fun.
There is definitely a moment when you arrive at like d40 and realise there is nothing to do anymore and you just timeskip to the next event, though.
Hardest boss was by far the dragon (extreme second fight), I had to wait until d100 to get skill unlocked for me to feel good about beating it. I could probably have done it without, but judgement made the three bomb phase trivial. Second hardest was the highest difficulty of the elite boss fight in the pomona church. It was somewhat tricky to make sure I had constant debuff immunity until it died (once again judgement came in clutch). Ueil was kinda a joke tbh, he died too fast for me to even think about using the new S skill.
Best "early" grinding spot is the orc elite double boss, it is 30-40k exp with training/adventurer. Then the Golsh elite boss is better. Pomono church mobs also give you a crap load and just folds to explosion, but I was wary of, well, not having enough energy to finish the dungeon.
Btw, you can definitely get the house in the noble district as a virgin, just can't sleep there or the freeloader will rape Alcy. Having said house does give access to a lot of good ASI. You also get two planet core (one from wriggle dungeon, one from star pieces), so you can get both Supernova DC and then Master III fairly easily.

it should just be a presentation bug. most "things are done in x days" are locked to specific days, not "day from now". So day 60, day 80, etc.
so there is no ending.? .he told me to wait 32 days .after 32 days then x appears and i dont know where to go anymore
I did the True Ending and return to day 61 and some events reset like I get another Origin Seed or having dinner with her friends and I receive Origin Seed again
