All political correctness talk aside, even if you want something it doesn't mean it's always consensual.
First - rape is by definition a non-consensual sexual intercourse (what is an intercourse often varies though, with Japan defining it only as a penetrating act if I remember correctly). Aaaaand...if you are not 100% aware or in control of your actions, it can't be consensual. Therefore, regardless of reason (aphrodisiac, alcohol, drugs, mindparasite, divine spirit possession), it is rape. You can say afterwards that you liked it and don't mind it...but it was rape by definition. That's why it's often safer to avoid vague situations because the law doesn't care about social clues and such. Definitely credit card companies and banks don't care...
That's one thing actually, so you and others better understand logic behind certains bans and drama going on.
The other thing is that "gas" thing in particular. You may argue about my point above all you want but Patreon and similar services made it clear that anything that is influencing your decisions IN ANY WAY is considered a mind control and is off-limits as well. They added it to make sure there won't be any mental gymnastics going around the issue of whether it's rape or not
BTW, a quite dangerous line here is the fact that furries are allowed since bestiality is also forbidden and a lot of people can't really define where the line is between the two. We can throw charts at one another or do some points about whether savage man-made werewolves and sentient tribes of wolf-people are the same thing but it's still up to people on the other side...
