technically different. this is the vn version, the link you posted is somewhat of a weird cashgrab by using the exact same pics to make a puzzle game of sorts.
This VN is pretty fuckin hot with some hella kinky art and definitely gonna follow this artist/circle after but the translation is killin me, it's somewhat understandable and not completely unbearable but it has some serious machine translation vibes

Seems it has some problem with kirikiroid2 simulator because the plugin "DrawDeviceForSteam", does anyone know how to deal with it? Really want to play it portable.

Alright, at this point I hope you guys are joking. How can you say those are both the same? One is a VN the other is a "puzzle" game... it's not that hard to understand...
And before you guys say anything about it: The release dates of both are so close, you can be certain that the "Paradise Cleaning" one is a wierd cashgrab/preview of THIS game. Think about it for a sec...
