they technically are transferable but their functionality\lack unwanted side effects aren't guaranteed.

Note: If you get an error delete the config folder inside the bepinex folder and run the game again.

So i've lurked this section for several years, how far into completion is this?
i would've thought by now it'd be bout 80% or so complete/finished but i'm unsure, and quite genuinely curious.

Interesting bug I found on version 36.9, after you do the Weiss quest, the two followers that weren't in your party during the fight will be impossible to select afterwards. It does reset if I go back to a save before the mansion stay.
