I disagree with this I dont think any dev should add content because their fans want it. I think any dev should stick to their original vision for a game. If it isn't their original idea for the game higher chance it wont turn out good. Now if there is some negative feedback over something then maybe that's when a dev should think about changing something if they agree with the feedback.

If I get $10000/mo of people on Patreon asking for NTR, I'll make a scene where I flip them the bird and still don't make NTR because it's my game.
