Still the same. The only change is, now you need to unpack it with japanese name encoding or you will get the missing title image file error.

Sorry I thought you are talking about windows being stretched on top and bottom on the default settings.
So does it work on windows settings? I mean non full screen. I am not sure if this game can be run in full screen.

Yes window mode work. And nope I definitely not using 4k. Later I try it with borderless gaming, sometimes this solves the issue.

The game would be so good if it wasn't for the black censoring. I'm ok with censoring but they should have used mosaic censoring instead of this.

Open the Zip file with WinRar. Press Ctrl+E and you should see a list of formats which you can extract the content as. Select the japanese one ("932 ANSI/OEM"). Then just drag the folder within the WinRar to wherever you want to drop it. Play the game and done.

I did that. This is not the first game or RPGM I downloaded. Others runs without problem so that is why I posted here the problem.
