Anyone getting an error where the game doesn't launch? The application is running in the background but it doesn't start. I'm on Windows 10 and Japanese System Locale. I've searched around but there seems to be literally nobody with this issue.

It seems I'm missing something basic but the instructions just say to extract and launch

Does anyone have the de-localization patch? Both the Anonfiles and Catbox.moe links don't work for some reason even while I was using a vpn.
