It's a known bug, should be fixed in tonight's update. Otherwise, save often and in different slots so you don't lose much if that ever happens

The reason they were stuck at .14 for the longest time, and development on this game stopped for over a year, is because the tower girls copyright owners tried to sue towerfag, but they had no legal grounds to do so, they were just unhappy about how their characters were being used, so they started a lawsuit, and even after the game creator modified the game around their copyright to appease them, they kept pushing the lawsuit, eventually and recently it was dismissed with prejudice.
Though it looks to me like towerfag kept up the good work even during the lawsuit
gats should have trademarked his shit if he didnt want it to be missused. towerfag seems to have gotten the better lawyer since hes using other peoples art and making rpg maker game. Its a brilliant way to make money since all he needs to do is pay commision to his artist to slightly change the design. He may have won but hes still a shit person

Interesting how this game, being the target of the lawsuit, picked up much more traction and many more fans than the original Towergirls game. Almost as if good art needs good game design to go with it.
Okay I searched the entire map. Both in fact. I even woke up the moth princess, where is that cursed malt? I visited every kingdom to see if they have a small patch of malt. I can't find anything. I got rice. But I'm just lacking malt.

There was no stop in dev work, they simply couldn't release it as long as the lawsuit was active. Just look at the massive gap in content between v0.14 and v0.16. You can't do that in just a few days.^^

I do not know if it has already been mentioned but there is a problem with the menu cheat, every time I try to put any key the game freezes and no longer runs?
Already by the way and do not lose anything to try, someone has a save with the animations and the game to start or in half, I have played this game several times and given that there is no skip button until a recent point, somebody could help me?

I haven't played the new version, but have you tried cheat stones? there was more than one way to access the cheat menu
