I promise it's a false positive. The executable's no more dangerous than RPG Maker's is, antiviruses just don't know about mine.
CN is the Chinese version. Tower put both in the same depot instead of trying to make it language specific. If the game loads the Chinese version when it shouldn't, then delete that one, otherwise leave it alone.
Check out this post. The Prebuilt Path Cache isn't made for games that are still updating, and you would probably rather use my incremental updates than reinstall 1.4Gb of files to your phone every time.

Here's an incremental update archive for people running my mkxp-z release who don't want to redownload the whole game to update. Just drop the archive in your Updates folder (mkxp-z should have made it on first run) and delete last update's patch from your Patches folder. The archive does not need extracted. Let me know if you're running an older version and want more updates, I can get them for you. You can delete any beta archives you got from me, I always base these off of the previous full version.
Joiplay users:
Long press the game in Joiplay, choose settings, and turn OFF the path cache and prebuilt path cache. Since Joiplay's path cache takes so long to generate and can't handle updates, I've MADE MY OWN. It should generate a lot faster, and can handle putting my update archives in the Updates folder. The script should be compatible with all but a few Pokemon Essentials games that load 7z archives if you want to use it elsewhere, just copy preload.rb and preloader_mkxp_updater.rb to the other game and Joiplay will load them. If the game already has a preload.rb, make a folder called dynamic_scripts, make a folder inside that called dynamic_preload, and put the other preload.rb in there.

Assuming you were talking about mkxp-z, sorry, but I couldn't reproduce it. It sounds like a multi-display issue, but Windows behaved reasonably in testing. Can you open preload.rb in a text editor and add

The simplest method I found is to set the computer date to around November 15th, where the game will hold a Moonlight Festival throughout the year. Then, I will go to the Kingdom of goblins, constantly entering and exiting the distillery to refresh NPC until he appears

Your ISP probably has you behind a CGNAT with other people wanting to download stuff. It's not Mega's fault your ISP sucks.
One question, is this link to the beta or the general one? It's to see if the toys are included.

It's in the Underground Kingdom. You can find it by first flying to the southern part of the map, then going to the lower right corner, and then flying to the island there. On that island, there's a crater you can go down into, pass through a labyrinth, and reach the underground kingdom. There, you can find the toy kingdom; you just have to explore that region.
