Here's a complete translation. I also fixed various mistakes and updated it to game version 1.04. Translating an entire text-heavy game in one month after its release has been draining, but it's done.

Is this translation patch integrated into the main game file or do I need to manually patch it after I download?

What are the numbers of the two game versions you've tried (e.g. 1.01, 3.02)? To find this, look for the Readme file in the game folder.

If you've downloaded the game from the thread OP, I think that should already have this version of the translation included. Haven't tried it myself.

This game got an update last December that added new scenes. iirc u can view them in the gallery if u did the unlock all option and if u have the new game version. I think someone linked the new game version somewhere in this forum.
