When I try to unlock the various talents in the research room, there are a couple under Mastery that are shown in red that I can't unlock, even though I meet the criteria for fury, willpower and level and they don't require desire. One is "skill and steady" (requires level 2 and I'm now level 4) and the other is "awakened mind" (requires level 3). Is that because they haven't been implemented in the game yet, or is it a bug (perhaps they do require desire even though that isn't shown?)?

No bug. For red talents you need a higher level. When you reached the aquired lvl, they turn yellow.
Its not the fighting lvl of MC btw.

I opend the zip fold draged 4th save file in to save file in www it diddnt work doesnt even shown on game
This is half of my save folder. I dont know if the game does need really all files. But, to be sure, I copy them all into the new save folder of a new version. To copy just one *.rpgsave doesnt do the trick, obviously

It turns out that the game lets you do the blowjob training scene so long as you've crafted the dildo even if you haven't yet done the skincare+peep scene, which seems like a bug.

BJ training is just with a dildo atm. So I guess its not a bug.
With conventional playing, peep and skincare comes befor bj training, but ok, the other way round is possible if someone wants to force it.

It seemed to me that the conversation between our hero and the princess during the peep event was intended to make her open to the idea of trying the dildo training.

can someone share roadmap from patreon post?
1755672609451.png

Hey everyone!

I wanted to share a roadmap for the months ahead.

I want to bring back polls about content, like before. For the first updates it was already clear to me what needed to be done, and the next 1–2 updates are also planned out. But after that, once the game has progressed to a point where more things are accessible, I’ll add lot of voting polls so you can decide which paths or content you’d like to see.

Project Princess in the Tower 1
As promised, PitT1 will be completed. I think it’s about time to set a release date: 30. 9. 2025.

The game will launch with 3–4 updates close together, followed by bi-weekly/monthly updates.

Project Princess in the Tower 2
PitT2 will continue at the same time, though there may be a short pause or less frequent updates while PitT1 is being finished.

Coming This Winter
As you can see in the teaser, a new character will appear in PitT2. After PitT1 is finished, PitT2 will introduce Queen/Princess Victoria.

Her model is not final yet. I’ll be running multiple polls about her visual appearance, body size, hair, and more, and will also consider all suggestions, until we reach a final decision. Later, there will also be polls about her role in the game: whether to give her special quests, add tasks for her (such as feeding her to keep her relaxed and compliant) or perhaps add option to increase her body size (this time it wouldn’t require many new animations) or keep her content simple for now with just a few scenes while the main focus remains on the princess and story.

All of this will be shaped by you, about 250 supporters who keep this project alive, and some who even brought it back from the edge. I want to give a big thank you to every single one of you for that. It will take countless hours of work and endless nights to reach these big goals, but I’ll keep pushing forward and turning this vision into reality as soon as I can. And I can’t wait to share the final product because what you’ve seen so far is only a glimpse of what’s coming.

You're getting a lot of snappy comments here, but I'd like to say that you're doing a pretty good job. I sincerely love the new animated CGs, the "attitude system" (being able to reply respectfully, mockingly, groveling, etc.) sounds like it has a lot of potential, the character designs are pretty good, and the writing is alright as well so far.

These are all strong points, and they're not a given. They've taken hard work no doubt.

But there's some flaws we can already identify:
- The stamina system really, genuinely sucks. Especially because the controls have some awkwardness (further down this list). But having stamina out of combat makes absolutely no sense. I get having it in the dungeon, but please please get rid of it outside of combat.
- To compound, everything is done in another room, which spreads out the distance for doing everything, making everything take forever. This is so much worse when you're trying to figure out what to do next, and have to go to the research room, then the workshop, then research again because you need another recipe, then back to the princess, then back downstairs, then this room, that room, dungeon, princess, outside camp.... There's a reason why fetch quests are so universally loathed and that's because all the running back and forth adds _nothing_ to the game. The research room should really just have been a menu on your character.
- The controls are awkward. Movement only with WASD, confirm with space, some lists can be navigated up/down with W/S but others need the mouse, and more. Please make sure we can move with arrow keys as well, that we can select dialog options with arrows/WASD, that we can confirm with Enter, and preferably the rest of the standard RPG Maker keybinds as well. Confirm with Z, cancel with X and numpad 0, those in particular.
- Discoverability of the options you have is pretty bad. It's hard to discover what you need to do to unlock items, or dialog options, or how to wash, how to make the dildo, etc. Fixing this properly needs rethinking some parts of the game design, but just adding more hints to the quest tracker would do a lot.
- Walking up the stairs drains stamina??? Yes ok it makes sense, it's kinda clever, but...... It's immensely impractical. I just need to reiterate that the stamina thing really sucks the joy out of the game. I've gotten to the point where I save before leaving a crafting room so that I can just reload instead of backtracking. I have a full-time job and I'm not going to spend 70% of my gaming time walking between different crafting rooms.

Some thoughts about PitT1:
- Stopping development of it when you did was the right choice. There were obviously a lot of ideas that were bursting to come out that you couldn't implement in PitT1, you were burnt out on PitT1, and moving to PitT2 was the right choice to protect your sanity.
- So in light of that, I'm not sure "wrapping up" PitT1 makes sense. Maybe you have a lot of content and can drop an actually sizeable update? In that case, go for it. But otherwise, adding a few sex scenes and an epilogue is going to be a band-aid over a gaping wound. It's understandable that you want to be done with it, but rushing it to the finish line will just be a wasted effort that not many people will play or enjoy.
- For similar reasons, adding Victoria to PitT2 is probably not going to be a popular decision. It feels like just when we were about to break her resolve and start the second phase, we got timeskipped past the good part. Seeing her in PitT2 is like spoilers for an unreleased story, because we didn't get to properly do all the things that PitT1 spent so much time painstakingly setting up for us.

You're in an unenviable position, and there's no easy choices for you to make. Personally, I believe that you will make something great of PitT2. I really like Sophia's character and design, and I'm curious where her story is going. If you're committed to finishing PitT1 in September, I really wish you the best of luck, because I do wish for a proper continuation and conclusion of Victoria's story, before seeing her adult version.

iirc the dispel key you get after crafting the lever, going to the now unlocked part of the dungeon and killing the BBC (Big Bad Chicken). Ladder can be used on the watchtower (left from gobbo room), but the room doesn't do anything yet. Stool no idea, probably useless right now.
I killed the BBC, and got the key for the burial chamber from doing that, but I didn't get the key to the dispel room.

Key for dispel room you only get AFTER killing the boss down in the burial chambers. Logical, isnt it?

Wrong, you get the key for burial chambers.

Great analysis, and some good points in it.
Some more ingame hints do never hurt. True.

I personally are not bothered with the distances (btw there is a clear advancement compared to the first part).
Ok, speed of MC could be a bit faster, but its not too bad as it is. Always max speed would be a good thing.

I never bother with WASD or arrows, mouse is most comfortable for me. Not sure about why keys have an advantage over mouse, but ok, tastes and habits are different.

Thanks. Killing that boss is going to be quite a challenge. Just dealing with all the mummies is hard enough.
