To not succumb to her new-found urges, she must walk among depravity, bind her fate to the Lords of Hell and decide what kind of degenerate beast she is willing to become. Okay, how exactly is that supposed to work? - Eyup, to resist these urges I must walk hip deep in depravity & degeneracy! o_O

I figured out how to boost most of the stats, but I can't figure out how to boost Self Confidence outside of story moments. Any suggestions?

Just wanted to say to the Dev(s) (if they ever read this), I wanted to try to reword my personal complaint in a constructive way, since looking back the first time I sounded much more Twitter Troll than I intended.

So I personally don't mind slow burn games, and most of my small complaints can easily be explained by Main Story stuff, and maybe you already have plans for that. My only big problem is how the scene confronting the Mob Boss Lady goes. I won't repeat what bothered me about it because I'd just be repeating what I said in my last couple posts about it. Instead I'd like to suggest how I'd fix it, understanding that you might do it differently or not at all for some other reason.

I'd fix it by adding one more player choice to continue to stand up to her when she cokes us. Then, instead of manipulating us through intimidation, she changes tactics to gets to do what she wants and uses persuasion. Something like telling us to our face that she's impressed by us showing backbone. Then instead of threatening our family, she can "offer" something we want, like telling us we can live in our apartment rent free. Which we were already struggling with after we are cut off financially.

Again this is just a suggestion. You make the game you want to make. I just wanted to put my complaint in a more constructive way.

"A Beast I am, lest a Beast I become."

That's one of the major arc phrases of the Vampire: The Masquerade roleplaying game. What it basically boils down to is "I must do horrific, evil things like drinking blood and potentially killing people, because if I don't, my Hunger will eventually drive me to lose control, and then I will do far, far worse things " A vampire who willingly does evil but maintains control over their actions is a far better person than a vampire who insists on never doing evil and then eventually winds up going feral and slaughtering a dozen people in a feeding frenzy.

Not saying that's the case in this game, but there could definitely be a bit of it there. In order to not completely lose control of yourself and become a total fuck-crazy feral slut driven solely by lust, you have to find ways to indulge in sin and sort of keep your inner hunger sated before you completely lose control. If you don't feed the urge at all, it will eventually overwhelm you - but if you can gradually feed the urge over time you can keep it locked down.

Game looks good, love the main characters design, even find the story interesting, but man it is so annoying being such a pushover and never having the option to stand up for yourself or just say no to anything.
