Could be, I'm not sure myself either.

Anyway, it turns out that v0.4 (or 2024_04 whatever) now encrypts project.json as well, that's why the Gallery viewer couldn't parse it and made a sprite sheet scan fallback. This now has been fixed, the latest version works perfectly with all Princess Reconquista versions (but you can still press F1 to do the sprite sheet scan and detect animations that are drawn but has no assignment in the game engine yet).

How to change language to EN?

You don't have to any more, it's going to work as-is.

I've fixed the translations for v0.3.7 (2024_02, the one you can download from the links on page 1) and the latest (2024_04, the version we're talking about, from kemono.su). The locales are not mixed up any more, Japanese is Japanese, English is English (has both translations, for ja_JP and en_US locale as well). I've also fixed the missing labels and texts (used machine translation, so don't blame me for the quality).

This contains two project.json files, one for each version. Make sure that you use the correct one for your game, otherwise you'll fuck up! Create a backup of Rescources\data first just to be on the safe side.

I could I guess, however it's just mouse for now. Wheel to scroll the list and click to select, one hand operation mode for viewing

I see not much point in that. Animations are automatically resized to fill up the entire window keeping their aspect ratio. If you change the window size or switch to a different animation, zoom level should and will automatically change anyway (you might see two anims as having the same size, but their actual pixel size and zoom level might differ, you just don't have to know nor care).
