Story

In the game Princess Reconquista you play as the princess named Ish. After beating the tutorial stage the kingdom gets attacked by a neighbourhood country with which they seemed to have a peace treaty The king of your country is on a mission and took a sizeable amount of the military force with him so it's on you to fend of the invaders and safe the country. The story itself is pretty bland and generic and the dialogues mostly revolve around sex.

Overview

This game is an action platformer where slash from screen to screen with some light platforming. There are around 5 different enemies in this version of the game and one boss at the end of the demo. The platforming part is okay at best but the actual combat is really well done. You have your 3 hit basic combo at the beginning but the further you go the more you unlock, but you have to search for most of the upgrades only a small amount of them is given to you through progressing most of them are hidden in the level which is a shame because the combat system gains a lot more depth and combo potential with the new unlockable skills.

Combat

For example you can find a projectile counter that knock the enemies up and you can follow this up by a jump kick to hit them back to the ground where you can proceed to combo them. Most of the enemies at this stage don’t really have the lifepool to survive until you are finished with your potential combo and there are still some skills missing for example a good way to get out of the air with some kind of downward slash, which was already shown by the developer and maybe it’s already in the game and i just couldn't find it but I was very thoroughly. Like I already said the combat is really well done and will just continue to improve with further updates when new skills are being added.

Lewd

The lewd side is pretty okay you have an attack to engage in sex with your enemies if you have a heart symbol under your health bar fucking them restores a decent amount of hp. Bosses can also be fucked but they don't die instantly like the standard enemies and you also have to break their armor first. Each enemy type has a different animation so far there are about 5-6 animations you can look at. There is no gallery at this stage so you would have to revisit the locations you want to see the animations at. There are 5 menu artworks you can look at. 4 of them only appear if you have the heart filled under your life bar and you have to purchase some of them at the vendor. There is also a cum covered alt if you open the menu after having sex.

Sound

The sound design is one thing the game handles a bit poorly while the bgm and the sfx for attacks is done decently well the intercourse suffers a bit by sounding a lot like farts which is not that bad but it’s kind of hilarious to listen to.

Closing thoughts

I think the game is a lot of fun at it’s current state it’s a bit short but it’s a good demo to get a picture of the game and try out most of the system’s that will be available in the finished product. It also seems that the developer has great things planned for the future especially for the combat and you can already do very good looking combos if you master it. I only have like one problem with the combat so far and that is that you cant buffer your attacks and you have to either mash or learn the timings (which are not that difficult though), but apart from that it’s a great experience. I would recommend you to play it if you are looking for a action packed combo based game with light platforming to get a sneak peak of this game.
If you don’t want to spoil your fun (and the sex scenes are not worth diving into right now) wait until the full release to play it it will be a much better experience this way.

About the game:
- combat is clunky, its ok but character takes some time before she responds after attack or other animations, which in the final boss for the demo was a bit annoying, also you can get stunlocked cause waking up after knock down takes few seconds, i dont like it
- animations are good, nothing amazing but worth checking out for any pixel-art enjoyers
- game has a lot creampies, brings back good memories of games like forest of the blue skin or succubus affection, good times
- level design is decent for platformer, there are secrets, upgrades

The game has solid art and gameplay, but...

1 - The sex sounds are so weird, it's like a myriad of fart sound effects, very unsettling.
2 - When the character is defeated, she PISSES herself. Yeah.
3 - Z and C should be reversed, who in their right mind thought that attack should be Z while confirm/action are C? Nonsense.
4 - Save zones are quite sparse, meaning if you die you might have to do an entire section again.
5 - Enemies respawn when you change rooms.
6 - Art seems to have an unusual amount of detail on the feet and armpits... unsettling just like the sounds.
7 - Who the hell thought A would make a good menu button?
8 - Censored art.

Final score 2.5, the game is well-made and sexy but the art has some rather disgusting tendencies which make this game almost unpalatable to me, despite the overall quality.

Despite the rating given - I'm not sure actually if the game deserves it content-wise for me. But you see...

...I personally don't care about 2D sidescroller actions AT ALL. I almost actively dislike them. In their porn variation at least. But this one is good. Very good even. I beat the demo, which came as a surprise for me, therefore - the rating. Not too much content for now (~2 h max), and you're probably familiar with the genre, so let me just list my subjective pros and cons

Pros

- Feet
- ASS (less booba)
- Tanned bodies
- Really hot animations involving tanned feet, ass and booba (not defeat btw)
- General abundance of art. The artist didn't skip work and everything which supposed to look sexy - looks sexy
- Light enough gameplay (not too hard, not too easy) with ONE exception
- That's it for now

Cons

- Plot is shallow. Usually those games don't have an arousing story neither corruption/mindbreak system, it's true. But I can't get over it personally
- I don't consider myself a casul but what is going on with the boss of the demo? It took me like 7 or 8 attempts to beat this dude. If you're planning to nut watching sexy tanned pussies, asses and feet in action - I recommend doing it before the boss.

Played this game a while ago and it is certainly very promising.

The general gameplay loop is engaging and it integrates the sex scenes in a relevant way, rather than just having defeat scenes or cutscenes between missions like many other games.
The first (and so far only) boss is also quite interesting.
In general the game would be good even without the adult content, but manages to give a reason for that content to exist.

The animations are solid and so does the content that the Dev has teased so far.

One of my favourite thing about this game, however, is the setting, since it's rare to see games that take place during the time of the conquistadors.

Another plus point is the fact that it's a game with a female protagonist who actively engages the sex scene, rather than just being raped.

Overall I see no reason not to try this game.

An Awesome game! The version 0.3 already has A LOT of content! It's a 2D sidescroller metroidvania soulike. All the characters are REALLY well designed and unique, and the animations are fluid. This version can be a bit laggy thou. The scenes are from a charm attack by the protagonist, playing in the world with other Npcs, and also if defeated, and they are all top quality pixelart. The pause menu also offer a drawn CG of the current status of the protagonist, which is also quite good to look at. Hopefully, the author will make a official translation one day, but the fan translation is also good!
