It does not, because newer PR releases changed to a new encryption method. Its successor, GAME RIPPER should work as it supports all PGMMV encryption variants, including the latest ones.

Not sure how to play this in english, I went into the settings and it is automatically on Japanese, I don't even see an english option lol and the text is still in JP as well, unless the first npc is always in japanese or smth. And is the game supposed to be so slow? Everything's in like slow motion except the text boxes so im not sure if this is normal or not lol

Its been long since I played it and I don't remember it much but I think they didn't bother translating some stuff because it was a demo focused on gameplay

Press F1, go to Settings > Game Screen, and change the language from English to Japanese for the full translation. Without this, you'll see partial English text and blank dialog boxes.

I figured out the english part but too bad the game still runs extremely slowly which is really annoying to play (99% a hardware problem lol)

The new 0.3.2 demo technically regressed a number because no English translation is available yet, but it does add a few new things.

Not quite. 0.3.2 and 3.7 show off different things, hence the immense variance in numeration, but if we were to go only by date, 0.3.2 is the latest build.
