They are probably talking about the proper full demo, not the small preview builds. The version we are having here on F95 is actually 3.7. The 0.3.2 version has been posted a bunch of times in this thread and does actually have more content. The reason the game forum itself isn't being updated is, that this version is not translated. I'll create another post with the 0.3.2 for everyone to download and with a means to translate it.

This trial version came out way back in August 2024.
The game forum is not being updated, because this version is not translated, but i guess it's still a good idea to post it once in a while so people can decide for themselves, which one they want.

We distribute trial version 0.3.2.
Major changes include the addition of an event scene at the beginning of the game and the H events "pole guillotine" and "tongue bath".
Tip.
The pole guillotine...an event to torture intruders in the royal palace. If you bring three horny mushrooms there...?
Tongue Bath...The "Tongue Bath" is newly opened in the castle town. After setting a flag there, defeat or seduce the twin-sworded soldier (barrel men), and then return to the store...

Memorize the moves, then use the dodge counter as much as you can
Here's a video of it being done, if it helps at all
If you're really having trouble, you can fill up your hearts before you start the fight so you have the heals ready for when his shield breaks
Isn't past the priest just the girl announcing that that's the end of the demo? Or is it just that I played the demo more than a year ago and there is some more content
there's nothing to do after the priest fight since that's the end of the demo

it's not enjoyable, the movement is too sluggish and the moves aren't that fun to execute. It's easy to beat, but not fun.

I think this is just one of those cases where different people have different tastes in games. Princess Reconquista caters more to the Castlevania side of Metroidvanias. It's more focused on combat than speed. As such, the game is not going to be super fast.
That said, you mighr also be having performance issues. Princess Reconquista can be really slow if you're either playing on a weak device or noy using your GPU to its fullest extent.

Because the game is meant to be at least somewhat challenging. It's one of those H-games that falls under the category of "games with sex in them" rather than "sex games." I don't know how to use cheats with the game, but I can help you get better if you're willing to learn.

Honestly, the boss feels rather overtuned for an early game boss even as a metroidvania genre enjoyer, that dude be eating up hits like nothing and he is like the first major boss. It isn't hard once you master the parry really, but its a pain considering how long the fight can take and how much damage the dude does as well. I think the boss would be fine with a few nerfs to hp (for context I have not played the game in like 3 months and have used the download from the first page when I did beat him like a long time back and it was scaled badly then)

Seeing as we only have one boss, there's a good chance he's not overtuned and is instead a precursor to how difficult future bosses are intended to be. Not super difficult once you've gotten used to him, but difficult enough to let you know shit ain't gonna be sweet anymore.
People complaining about the challenge of the first boss just seems more like a skill issue, to me. Maybe you/they are trying to play the game with a keyboard instead of a controller and that's why it's so hard? I did that fight back in like August, and it wasn't nearly as bad as so many have made it out to be. The boss does present a bit of a challenge, but bosses aren't supposed to be pushovers like the average mob. With the right combination of abilities and proper use of the seduction mechanic, he's really not that difficult to beat, and it shouldn't take very long, maybe like 5 minutes.
