Can someone tell me how the fuck am I supposed to interact with the girl in the sewers? I find no way of entering that specific part of the map. Am I missing an area or is that incomplete thus its impossible to access?

There's a wall somewhere you can walk through; I don't remember where exactly, but it's not too hard to notice if you're looking for it

Edit: You get there going left from the other side.
There's a door behind this wall with a chest room and you need to jump onto the ledge in that room, then jump up again from there to get through a second wall
