MY GOD. Ok, here is how to run the game.
You need to have your PC setting in japanese, for that: Configuration > Time and Language > Region
Also I changue this configuration in control panel: Clock and Region > Region > Administrative > Unicode region
For last, is very important to extract the game after that, because the code just broke without japanese characters, is for that reason that the game just cant open. Then, I use Local Emulator
I dont really know if all of this is necessary, but it was how I do it. Hope it hepls.

Only changing "language for programs not using Unicode" is required.
Once you change Unicode to Japanese than all other steps are obsolete. You dont even have to use Locale Emulator.

The dev of Prison and dungeon? Princess and dungeon? Something like that. He was the one who was sick. The dev of this game just never made something after Princess Sacrifice.
Welp, I heard it from a ulmf forum about the game, with the author's website/blog down there aint solid evidence ig.

The new translation seems good. Definitely better then before. But are you sure its 100% human? Most of it is really good but 2 scenes ive looked at feel machine translated so far. First is the slime scene in the tutorial cave and then the Arrested scene in port town. Either way its amazing work and much butter than anything we've had before.
Edit: I have finished the game since posting. Those 2 scenes are really the only ones that stand out, everything else is perfect.

Ever since I've been the translator everything has been done by hand. You can see it in the ellipses (… to ...). Translations done by others, or before I took it on could be machine translated. I have no real way of knowing.
Doesn't mean I won't take a look at it. I've compiled a list of errors that I'll fix with a patch. I got 2 weeks off in de last and first week of the year, I'll make a new patch then. Also gives some extra time for errors bubble up.
The project discord is where I collect the errors. you can check there if it's already on the list.
