You guys know if this is the end of the Kangoku Senkan saga? It's been years since a new game came out and I'm just curious if we'll ever see Boghan's fate. Scrolling back a few pages, someone mentioned that they had plans of making a 4th game but were unsure when they'll start making it. I was curious if there's any updates about a new release or something like that because I really like the story (and the porn) of this game.
It's not just this series. I doubt we will see a new VN from them anytime soon. They already restructured a while ago and are focusing on online gacha games which brings in the $$$.
Ah, that's a damn shame. I really liked their VN even though it was pretty repetitive. Out of all the corruption and MC-like games I've seen on this forum, they really made the best ones.
Indeed, as desmosome says, Lilith-Soft seems like they've basically stopped making VNs in favor of the Gacha money-printing machine. They also make the Taimanin Asagi series and it looks doubtful that we'll be seeing any more of those anytime soon either, unfortunately.

Yeah, they gave us such amazing big-tittied babes over the years, it's almost a crime if we don't see anymore, lol. There's always a chance tho, maybe they will surprise us yet!
Gachas are the fucking worst. The same thing almost happened with Empress too. After Closed Game in 2015 (I think) they stopped doing VN to make a Gacha game instead. Thanfully, things didn't work out and they went back to doing VN in 2020.
For anyone having trouble running the game in wine on linux, I was able to get the opening video to play by installing the
lib32-gst-plugins-ugly package on Arch. It allows gstreamer to play the MPEG-1 codec.

Exactly. But sadly, VN are just not as profitable as gacha. Personally, I have gotten sick from all the gacha game out there, especially the mobiles games. It just feels like the gaming market has just shifted to making products that is less creative and less fun, and it has became optimizing to make the most bucks using the cheapest product
