i mean, that shit is stupid as fuck, but i can get past mosaic and all, but this is just a white paint brush
It is actually a very interesting and ridiculous topic to research. I encourage anyone to do a little Wikipedia research on the Japanese obscenity laws. They have done some silly things. Such as in the 1950s imprisoning the man and his editor who translated an old book, that contained suggestive topics (Young Lady Chatterly). In 2004 they tried 3 artists of a Hentai Manga called Misshitsu.

Oh and be aware that in 2022 they revised their Penal Code regarding insulting someone to include online posts. Anyone who posts anything online that could be considered an insult to another, faces a mandatory 1 year prison sentence.

Here is the link .

It is a fascinating subject. And why they blur out or color code genitalia in wide ranging colors or other forms of censorship.

its like they enjoy stomping their own feets or something idk, nice place to visit but not to live in imo

i understand censorship on normal media, like when eric andre went around naked i would kind of enjoy a blur instead of his pickle flopping around (not a very normal media tbf) but this is straight up porn... like... those parts are straight up the point of these...

It began in the Tokugawa Shogunate, as a law to censor the Christians preaching about eating the body of christ and worshiping a peasant carpenter as a god, among other objectionable concepts to the Shogun. Being that they were a Military Dictatorship, having peasants thinking a cannibal carpenter could be their savior, was problematic. But there were other reasons for trying to combat the spread of the church.

That aside (not trying to have a religious discussion here), the law was made a long time ago. It has remained and evolved. Japanese are stuck on tradition. They try to keep everything from the past in modern day. They cannot let go of anything. Like a hoarder.

So here we are in modern day, and they still have laws from 400 years ago.

Japan is a weird culture of blind exceptions. Like gambling. It is illegal in Japan. But everyone on the planet knows they use Pachinko Arcades as gambling. You just take your little ball bearing to a seperate establishment around the block to trade them in for prizes. Since the shop is a seperate business, it circumvents the law. Been this way forever. And nobody cares.

So many weird laws and loopholes in some of them.

Good post! I'm happy to see someone else who finds their culture, and especially those exceptions and loopholes you touched on, so fascinating.

No, they kill the MC and put his friend in jail, then they rule the planet as they intended, but Bogan come and kill every witness of the brainwashing machine (all the remaining crew of the MC) and vanish with it.

So basically, MC is dead, other guys are dead too and the two girls are ruler of the planet and Academia. But nobody know about the brainwashing machine.
Albert is dead?

This is fucking amazing, i'm sad that Lilith studio stopped making games, they even deleted many from their websites probably due to contract end. Their games were always banger when it comes to mind break, brainwashing, mind control and stuff like that. The best atm is probably ORCSOFT which making games like those.
Is canonically Albert is dead?
