For me it was a bug. I went back and found a save from before I went to the Crystal recollection type room that gives you 99 of everything. Played from there without those 99 items and got the quest no problem.

Probably a few things, first off compared to Americans the Japanese are much smaller, both height and avg breast size, making it more convincing for porn makers to get around censorship regulations. "No mister politician, she isn't an incredibly underage girl, she's just short like the rest of us are!" kinda thing. The other is likely a more cultural reason, for a lot of recent (defining this as last 100 years or so) american history most of your allowable sexualization of women was via photography, we put it on planes, we put it on cars, we hung it on walls etc. Which means generally speaking people know who put it up there and if you put up something too extreme for the times people know who to ostracize, a busty blonde with high heels guys can get away with a flat short girl with a giant banana shadow infront of her face not so much. From what I understand historically speaking for Japan around the same time frame it was either art kept in scrolls people would unfold (aka not on public display) or was in novels which means it takes a bit of work to get to the socially ostracizing parts, making it easier push boundaries as well as to keep it hidden. Same sorta idea with porn animation/manga, because it wasn't publicly flaunted for the longest time it was easier to add in more extreme content because random visitors who see your car/house wouldn't immediately peg them as a perv.

if you want to go to true ending go the building where protogonist got NTR by ren when you used the elevator and a coversation will appear and walk to the door the warning same as for the ntr and happy ending will appear saying you will get notified that proceeding here will get you to the true ending. just make sure you destroyed all the furnace but not sure if you needed to see mai shiranui before going here (fyi i have no clue how to go through it the normal way i cheated using the item to pass through wall.)

How do u get to the roof of the school? Just found the dead boss in the school and says the laugh sounds like it's coming from above
Just go to the stairs from the third floor to get to the rooftop, then you're there, go to the left area, look for a moveable object and you'll find a vent to go thru, eventually you'll make you're way to the boss.
Well,now that I'm here tho, I have a question of my own: How do I find the Mysterious keys that unlock doors that get me access to scrolls? I got one from one of the hotels after I called from a phone and got the dude to hook up with his bro. Forgot where I got the second one. Then I got a scroll after completing the Fay Warehouse puzzles. The only place I've yet to get from is the eastern district one. Don't know where mysterious key is.

Did you check the safe behind the recepcionist? I don't remember, but I'm sure it was there. I think.
If it's the one at the hotel, then that changes the question to "what the password is?" which I have no luck finding either.
