This guy is a fucking moron. He's worried that she'll be mad if he's still there in the morning? Was he not paying attention to their conversation on the beach that led up to her finally deciding to sleep with him?

"4 years ago I was living with my Mother. One morning I woke up to the house unusually quiet. I checked the room to see if maybe she had slept in but, there was a letter left on her bed apologizing for not saying goodbye. That it was easier this way. She just up and left me. Not even a goodbye."

He even sends her a text message so that she'll wake up alone with a note. It's like he's trying to make a perfect parallel to the time she was abandoned. Plus, he's lying to her in the text. Back at the beach, she had been asking if he had plans to stay on at the hotel, so it was obvious that she has fears of abandonment. She had been nervously asked what their relationship was now, and when he said he would be her boyfriend, she happily snuggled up to him and fell asleep. What could possibly make him think that she wouldn't want him to be there in the morning?

This dude seriously needs to get his head out of his ass long enough to see the light of day. What the hell.

Up until that point in the game he seemed like he had a clue at least. If this is for some plot point in the game, it could have been handled much better. This plot driver (MC suddenly does something stupid and out of character) is not exclusive to this game though. Have to wait for the next update to see how this plays out or if the DEV fixes it.

This is my first post so be kind.

I am new to this genre of games and I have downloaded a few that I have enjoyed and some that are just not anything I am interested in. This one I have hopes for but there are a few things that I find unnerving. I am trying to develop a relationship between the MC and Hollie and I agree with other posters that his leaving in the middle of the night was a dick move. He might as well have left a $100 bill on her nightstand. There is no way any thinking person would do this and then lie about it afterwards, if they were sincere about developing a relationship. That was very disappointing.

Second, I simply do not care for Sammie and would rather try to develop a relationship with Emily, but it becomes a real grind after you successfully get Emily and Sammie closer. They are inseparable, the only way I have seen to distance them from each other is by text message.

I am not sure what to think about Miss Smith, jury is still out.

I have no interest in mom or sis but it seems that interaction with them at some point will be forced. I sure hope not, but a lot of other games tend to do the same thing.

Even though only tangentially related, I would love to see what is planned for the operating expenses of the community, it could certainly add a factor of stress to any relationships the MC wants to proceed with. I am also sure the dev has plans to expand the "security" system, but right now it just seem useless, since all the actual information you can obtain, you can get through "profiles".

I second the sentiment. I hope the dev fixes that stupid move with Hollie so the MC is just out to get breakfast.. fresh bread, milk, whatever. Could still be used to tell the story of Hollie waking up alone and being afraid, but doesn't come across as completely braindead on part of the MC.

That single dick move aside, after first time playing this yesterday i'm hype as fuck for it to continue.

Yeah, the leaving Hollie after she lets you sex her isn't the smartest move in the book. MC was scared Hollie might regret it, but I think MC leaving makes that more much likely. At the very least leave a nice letter "Had a great time Hollie. thanks for the great night. see you later xoxo, *MC's Name* "

Hi all,

I have to say...
Reading all these comments about the MC being a dick for leaving Hollie like that...
I love it!

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I love it because you're all annoyed about it... well actually... yes I am... in a way...

Let me explain :

I've never been good at storytelling/writing dialog.
It's because I'm so bad at it that I made this type of game. (A more story/dialog heavy game)
I wanted to force myself into a position where I have no choice but to write as it's the only way I'm ever going to improve.

Since I started this game I've been trying very hard to make the player feel an attachment to the characters in the game.
It's one thing just to write a story but it's a whole different ballgame to make the player feel emotion for them!

So to see so many of you taking the time to write that the MC is a dick for doing what he did...
I actually feel as though my writing skills are improving somewhat... so thank you!

Now...
It's hard for me to explain anything to do with this event as it'll give away the next update.

yes but it was very well made ^^
I laughed so much while reading the spoiler alert buttons :D

Also i understand @Boomatica feelings !!
for someone like me who played a tones of this type of game , i rarely feel any attachment for any characters because most of those games are made for the sex part , and not for the "story" part !
(on RiA for example , at this level of the game it's 90% of the sex part who is +/- interesting and not the mother / sister / family back story etc for example , but maybe later , this will change , who knows ^^ )

but here it's the opposite , the story is 90% more developed than the sex part and that make the game more interesting and that's why i love this one more than the other games i played , and looks like it's the same for some of you who post a comment here "raging" about the MC actions ^^

for me, a dev's answer like @Boomatica give us , is a good sign for the future of this game ;)

I have a bug report: During one event Hollie says
Hollie said:
Oh! You mean the lake... Yeah it's alright in comparison I guess.
From context though, it's pretty clear that MC should be the one saying this. Also after
Hollie said:
This... Isn't exactly taking it slow you know...
you have Hollie saying
Hollie said:
I know...
again this looks like it should be MC.

As someone that has seen this game pop up in the updates tab an has ignored it, BIG mistake.

I didn't have much fate as I was expecting to find the usual game where you go to this private resort and find every girl already open legged for you, but I found some sweet and interesting characters that I wanted to know more about.

As I started I felt instantly drawn to Hollie, to the point that I outright ignored every single character, even M and S to the point that some lines didn't even make sense, like telling your sister you are single.

So I'd say, at least for me, you did a fantastic job with the characterization of every character, from the tough cinnamon roll of Hollie to the sheer love and adoration of S. Really hope to see more of it.

I finished the game so far and I don't think he is a dick, I think he is a complete moron. A dick would be if he realised how potentially damaging it could be and did it anyway, whereas this idiot thinks about whether he should stay or not and somehow manages to come to the conclusion that he shouldn't! Porn game characters aren't exactly known for rational decisions, but I think this wins the prize for the most stupid that I've ever seen.
The part you just played is only half of the level up event!
Part two will come in the next update!
What you say doesn't change how monumentally stupid he has to be to think it's a good idea leaving a girl with her abandonment issues and self-worth issues alone like that in the first place. I'm with Nizzquizz, if you have to give her a scare for the story (you monster ), have MC get up to cook breakfast so she wakes up alone and thinks he left, have him not think about it and he's still careless, but not so absurdly so as to actually leave. I honestly didn't want to play as such an unthinking guy immediately afterwards, it was so "WTF?".
Also, in more general development terms it's not a good idea to release half of an event in an update, especially one like that. I would have held it back until the whole thing, along with Hollie's level 4 repeatables, is ready to go all at once. (Speaking of repeatables, there should probably be repeatable versions of Hollie's level 3 beach, pool, and nighttime events; all of them have some pretty heavy interactions that shouldn't really happen every time)
Other than a few rough spots (and the one massive blunder), I definitely like the game and will have to think about giving you some support.

@Boomatica :
I hope you are aware that with great power (writing words good) comes great responsibility (you have to see this game through)..

Seriously tho, after reading your spoilers, I was nodding all around. I made almost the same statement for another game a while back: People only complain if they are invested in something and think it has potential to be even better - or if something is total garbage. And P.C. is anything but garbage, that's for sure.
So congratz, your writing can't be too shabby, for it got us involved and invested. ;)

I also already made a mental note while reading to put P.C. somewhere at the top of my watchlist (outside of F95, i might add), due to the nice mix of teasing, outright kink, humor and likeable characters. And knowing that you have better plans than just an uninspired "the MC has had a sudden cause of mild heavy braindamage for no reason but artificial drama" has me looking forward even more. Cheesy thumbs up for you.

I didn't see anything in his last post that contradicts that in the slightest. "But it ends well" does not excuse moronic decisions on the part of characters, and it sounds exactly like what you just said; "the MC has had a sudden cause of mild heavy braindamage for no reason but artificial drama".

Weeell, for us as players her backstory is the one prominent thing we've seen them talk about. If however you imagine being in the scene yourself, talking the whole day/evening, spending the night, waking up sometime after midnight ... i can see how one could sneak out only to remember "oh wait a minute .. that might be a damn bad idea..." and rush back.
We'll see, but I chose to be optimistic for the time being.

Optimistic about what? I see no indication the dev realises he fucked up and will fix it so the MC is not so brain dead, rather he's doubling down, trying to justify the moronic decision by saying "Yeah, that was only half the scene, I'll put the rest in the next update and it'll all be fine! Trust me!", completely ignoring that nothing that could come next would justify what MC already did! The scene itself is terrible, but not nearly so bad as the dev's response to being called on it. How you respond to widespread player dissatisfaction is very important, and if that's how it's going to be, "I didn't do anything wrong, y'all are just overreacting", he's lost himself a patron.
