If the two are a couple, she will explain to the MC that she wants to be independent (financially, and no longer live with her mother). There we have the choice to support her or not.
Aye, i'm sure her family back home will be proud that they sent their daughter to live with her mother so she can go to university and merely a couple of weeks later she's ''financially independent'' as cam-girl/pole-dancer/stripper, we should send them the link to her cam-show...i'm sure they are proud of their girl

Also from what remember from the last version, there was no talk or thoughts about beeing independant or wanting to move out.
She woke up one morning, was suddenly the oppinion the MC wasn't looking at her and wanted to become a cam-girl...

It's more complex than that.

The scene on the beach allows us to understand all this (plus the details inserted by the dev on the consequences of the choice). But it's a scene exclusive to her path.

To put it simply:

- she is young, naive and she arrives from the farm where she grew up.

- she arrives in the city, where she only knows her mother.

- she has no money, she has to count on the generosity of the MC or her mother.

- it bothers her, so she wants to work.

- at the same time, she realizes that when her mother and the MC are busy (working), she is alone.

- she wants to be more independent, whether financially or in everyday life (meeting people, making friends, etc.)

- she's looking for a job, she comes across a camgirl stream and naively imagines that it's cool and easy as a way to earn money.

- she meets the camgirl IRL who will bring her back down to earth by explaining the difficulties/problems of this job, and telling her that you need at least $5,000 to get started. (but she offers to help her)

Then, it stays there if she's not with the MC. If she's with him, she'll tell him about her desire for independence, and then the player has the choice, depending on what he decides she'll become a camgirl or not.

has the gallery not been updated ? The changelog has a huge wall of text yet I'm not seeing much in the gallery. And I can't believe that we are still in episode 4. It's been so long that I forgot what even happened and most of the plot.

Im not seeing anything new in the gallery either. Maybe the gallery mod needs updating for it to show up.

Man this game needs a proper Replay Scene feature, one that we already has so many flaws, expecially when it comes to showing alternate versions and even the new scenes are mostly missin.

She's a 18/19y old girl with no money, which just moved a few days or weeks ago to the city to start with university, of course she relies on her mother, it's fine.
Talk some damned sense in the naive girl, like a caring family should do...help her get an part time job if she wants to work (which is admirable) and have some money.
If she still doesn't get it/or is pissed that we don't support her fine, she can move out and be a cam-whore or whatever, send a link of it to her family back at the farm and be done with it, than focus on a different LI.

Can't say i disagree with your reasoning here, it does make sense considering that she's been mostly sheltered up until this point her whole life so its only natural that she would want to explore something new. But why does it have to be something so extreme as her wanting to be a cam girl and now a interest in pole dancing as well? All in the name of independence and girl empowerment? We got enough of this feministic BS IRL, don't need it in our games as well. Just my opinion on the matter. There are so many other opportunities for her out there that would be more suited for an innocent girl like her. Besides, doesn't she have to go to university or did the dev just conveniently forget why she came to the city in the first place?
That said, i have to give credit to the dev for that beach scene, it was really sweet and makes me think like she should be the main LI, it kind of made sense. No other LI got such a heart warming scene, not yet anyway. Which makes it doubly sad considering the MC can sleep around with literally every girl he lays hit horny eyes on, even her own mom. Would be fine if the dev kept the harem route in but he removed it, so its bound to be a massive shit show once she finds out that MC has been screwing around everything that walks. But maybe that's dev's intention, to create more drama

This is what will happen (according to the description of the consequences of the choice in the game). If we support her, it will prevent her from doing the stupid thing of becoming a camgirl.

Yes, now we just have to prevent her somehow from becoming a pole dancer/stripper instead lol. You avoid one crap just to step right after into another

The plot of this game is kinda shizo i dunno

There is this part with phoebe, the mom, restaurant, maya, helen (which imo could just be deleted) and the part about the institute and the mirror dimension and stuff.

It kinda feels like two completly different games and storys and even like two completly different mcs.

Its just strange, like two devs couldnt decide which direction to take.

Yes it's weird that these situations/themes are associated with her.

Or as you say, it's precisely to accentuate the drama. Like in a game where a female protagonist starts naive and innocent to end up as a mega slut. Here we have her path that is divided into a romance side and a corruption/NTR side.

Pole dancing, I think some people get a little carried away on the subject.

The girl (I don't remember her name) is referred to in the game as a dance teacher. Yes, she does a pole dance show (clothed) in a nightclub, yes Pheobe thinks it's cool (without knowing exactly what she considers cool: the athletic performance, the artistic performance, or the fact of dancing suggestively in front of strangers). But to say that she's going to become a stripper is very pessimistic.

Knowing that we have the ultra sweet romance option with her, in which we divert her from the camgirl path, it's not to impose the stripper path on the player.

Honestly, since they cancelled the harem and now we have a dozen LI's for solo path the last thing this game needs is further spiliting the paths like corruption/lesbian/ntr etc. alone with the LI's we have, with a single path each, it is already barebones depending on the LI you want...

Kinda yeah. I would also prefer if they just focus on the mirror dimension and cut the whole slice of life home simulator.

I agree that we spend way too much in our world instead of going on missions and stuff in the alternate world. For a game named after the place we work in, we strangely spend very little time there or do anything. We have been to the other world only once so far and even that was very brief. Looks like next update we will be going back though and it would seem that the girl we need to recruit is Phoebe alternative (pretty sure i saw a redhead on that file pad)
Most of the time is spent in our world and on girls who's paths are seemingly going nowhere like Susan, Maya and the pharmacy chick (forgot her name) whose stories seemed to have stopped. If you were looking to date one of those chicks, sucks to be you i guess
