This isn't a game or an interactive VN as there is zero interaction from the person watching and should be moved to the comics section. Also some of these tags don't apply:
There is technically no incest as the two in question are clones that have been implanted w/fabricated memories and not blood relatives, as it is stated w/in the story and simply thinking that one is a blood related sibling doesn't make them so. This does bring up the question of if a hermaphrodite ends up having sex w/them self does this make it incest or masturbation as clones steaming from the same individual would technically be equal to one having sex w/oneself and if I'm not mistaken incest doesn't really cover this scenario.
As for the masturbation, it's a pathetic job of being masturbation when the only time a hand is used is while getting a boob job or oral and since it's still photos there is no proof that the hand is being used to even pleasure for pleasure, it could only be used to steady/hold it in place and as such it is only at best implied. Same goes for the stills of the Dr. there is only a few shots of cum dripping off of him, as well as it being only a small amount which could be pre-cum, and he never actually is shown touching himself.
I did like the quality of the renders, but I think that the Dr's dick is way to big but that would explain why he was the dumbest super-genius as all of the blood would have been sucked out of his head into his dick thereby depriving his brain of needed oxygen.

Thanks about the render quality I completely buy your point about the masturbation - it was never intended to reflect the futa sex scenes, btw, just the Dr - but you're right that the lack of touching on the male masturbation makes the tag misleading.On the incest part - well, that's the argument I'd use with Patreon!
But it is an interesting question as to whether sex with a clone is incest - after all, identical twins are pretty close to clones of one another, and yet still fit into the incest-taboo category.
