I have to laugh every time I see someone being all "fUcK pAtReOn tHeY r SjWs". No genius, this isn't some moral crusade for them, they're a for-profit corporation. It was a game that I translated by hand since its release, with this update I couldn't do it, too disappointed, I'll see with the patch if it's worth continuing it.

I don't like censorship, even less when it's for financial reasons! Patreon is no longer the financing solution for adult games. the creators who restrained their content and their creativity because of this platform ended up losing fans, then the desire to finish their projects (I can give many examples, the list is very long!). I advise all creators to look for another means of financing, and especially never to give up their inspirations to follow a standard which is not theirs just for money

That really easy to say, a lot more harder when it's your financial life that is in question, I'm working full time on the game now, the game is my main financial support and what make me live, saying fuck you to Patreon is not a possibility right now. And I'm sorry, but I don't want to be the dead in the cemetery with the most principle, I want to live long and make more games and live from it.
But yeah, when I can live enough from other means I'll be happy to embrace the "no to censorship", because yes, that's one of the things that piss me off the most.

Where i can find the patch? Dont make sense to play a censored game. Is just dumb. There are A LOT of games that have whore protagonists, the only reason I want to play this one is because of the bestiality, without that there's no sense in playing it.

As said a lot lot lot of times now (in just the few last pages), the patch is shared with SubscribeStar, Discord and F95, but for now it has only been shared for my higher tiers patrons, the game version shared on the main page has not been shared by me (and again, it piss me off a bit), so no patch for now.
Though if you are a higher tier patron and want access, do pm me on Discord or F95 and I'll be happy to share it (after verifying your support tier of course).

Because it has been cut out of the game to meet the Patreon guidelines, it's now shared with Prometheus' patch, like said a few dozen times in the last pages.

Incest has been completely written out and won't be returning, not even in a patch.

Beastiality has been removed from the base game but will be re-added with a patch called the prometheus patch.

Somewhere on this site I saw a game in which adding the line "I was adopted as a child" at the beginning of the story solved the problem with incest. There was also a patch that just removed this line. Although during the game the MC continued to call his loved ones "mother" or "sister" without any consequence. The game is still on Patreon.

Okay, wasnt aware of that, i dont really frequent the actual donation pages that often. I any case, the point about getting more supporters still stand though. Still plenty of other ways to monotize your content. Semi-frequently you see people using stuff like buy me a coffee and other donation based things. You live of the genorosity of others in this buisness anyway.

I read some marquis De Sade yes, but I can't say it has been an influence on my work, well, you could argue that it probably influenced my mind a bit. ^^

No, if you want some books that inspired me, I would say the series of comics from Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri, with the heroin Druuna, probably one of the comics that have marked me the most, with "L'Incal" of Alejandro Jodorowsky and Mœbius (alias Jean Giraud) (they are working on a tv series on it by the way, of l'Incal, not Druuna ^^ ).
I see a lot Myriam like the heroin Druuna, a gorgeous and sensual woman, passing through a few naughty ordeals as her adventures unfold, at the start I wanted to make Myriam a brunette like Druuna, but in the end I went the blond way, I though it went more with her character.

Like Patreon, Nopy and Only Fans and all sort of website online once they get recognition big bank, credit cards and payment services will start making demands to block thing like Incest, bestiality, Guro, all the fucked up shit you like otherwise they deny service. Substar will have to either cave in or or take a significant hit on their payment method, costing them millions monthly. And you know they will cave in because at that point they'll be making big bucks.

as i said incest is shown in mainstream media,google it.when devs realise that patreon will force them to change their vision then yes more will move to subscribestar but as its been posted its the payment suppliers that force this issue ie paypal ect so if subcribestar stays as it is sorry no cave in thats the difference otherwise it would have happened by now

When devs realize they can't have their cake and eat it too. If you want to make a game with fetishes that won't fly on Patreon (and build an audience from that draw)...then don't put it up on Patreon and settle for a smaller platform. Or at least have a plan before hand on how to fool the system, with cut content/patches.

What often happens is that devs want both the biggest platform AND the extra audience from those fetishes, without all the extra work it requires to stay under the radar. And it almost always ends in disappointing part of the audience and requiring extra work to redo stuff anyway.

I could maybe understand it from a first time dev who doesn't know all the rules yet, but I'm seeing devs doing that shit repeatedly, game after game...

Never argued that a dev should inform himself beforehand and make patches accordingly, which doesn't change the fact that patreon has the biggest community of people willig support porn games.

Patreon supresses porn on their platform. People wont find you unless they specifically search for you. Even so, im willing to bet my left nut on the fact that 99% of people find porn games from either this site, or other corresponding sites. So the patreon is almost never, someones first interaction with porn games.

Me personally was.
Curiously searched porn games in google -> some site i could play certain rpgm games online (icstor was my first) -> suddenly stumbled upon this site while searching for one of the listed games specifically -> the games post on the site -> found the patreon.

And yet is there the biggest community that is willing to support porn games, SS doesn't even come close to that amount of people. I also doubt that patreon is almost never the first interaction with a game because there are a lot of people who never saw a site like F95.
