The version in the OP is the version with the patch. The problem might be because you played the game on your current save on an old version that didn't have the patch. You might also have downloaded the version from Patreon. Try starting a new game. If that doesn't work, try redownloading the game from the OP of this thread, or directly from Zorlun's substar. (Link is also in the OP.) If that still doesn't work, I can upload a copy of the patch for you.
Well, it is not exactly exhib, because it is assumed not to be done voluntarily, at least at first, but Zorlun had already opened the door to another possibility, though only for the "bestiality active" players, Marc surprising Myriam with Cassius.
That could open the doors to further possibilities, though I guess Zorlun will focus the next updates on the other stuff (e.g. the good causes, getting back to the photos and Myriam getting to know better the porno star, maybe the curator, the cosplay event with Katherine and her friends, though may have no lewd content) and will leave Marc, "school stuff " ;-) and maybe even Cassius, out of the picture for a bit of time

It is possible that we can have as an event when myriam is investigating the disappearances near the hotel, she can be captured an force to become the bride of Buck (The old man that is owner of the hotel) as an ending, or to start a route were myriam develops a relationship with him. And maybe her daughter can be include in this relationship

Zorlun had from the start the idea for the whole story, but it does not mean he cannot do a little "detail" (scene) here and there, if we inspire him - and for the rest, till when people do not get too "flaming" and pressuring, even if he does pick up only in part (or not at all) the ideas tossed, he can always take them as a sign that the game is being liked, which is good anyway.
Honestly, I did not say more in my post, because I did not want to add to the pressure and complications for Zorlun and Prometheus, Marc is hated enough by people like this, and I don't want to make him hated more than what he has to be.
Plus, there are still other lines that have just had at least one scene but could have a continuation e.g. if Myriam went with the suitcase man and gave him her name, going again to "relax" at the SPA even if alone (or with her cousin), the rich guy at the museum, the muse (though there, there would not be direct sexual content, the fashion stylist is not in women and he wants only inspiration), maybe crossing again the students from the museum, the neighborough.
And lines hinted, but that did not even start e.g. the three "social working options" including the possibility of meeting again the bullies, Anthony and maybe the mobster (I know it's a very evil idea, what about some prison rape, eventually group one, surely would fit in Anthony's and the mobster profile, and there is anyway the tag in the game ? Or anyway the possibility of Myriam trying to improve the morale of some inmates and/or guards ?), the veterinarian, the curator, the father of the neightborough (remember the pool scene at the start of the game) .
But all the above said, to add to the list of possibilities Marc surprising Myriam with Cassius can bring to nice pictures and videos (Marc has already a small collection), could bring to possibilities like sharing (Cassius, Marc, or more), blackmailing (emotional, "with the dog yes, with me no ?", or otherwise), and now that Marc is again living with her, e.g. if they win a big match, maybe he could invite the team to celebrate at home, and Myriam as lady of the house and hostess would need to be sure that everything goes well

Since the incest patch was updated, I finally played the new update.
I thought that the scene with Marc was quite good, as a beginning return to him domming her. He didn't go too hard, which is reasonable, given the way Myriam slapped him down when he talked about going after Katherine. I think it's a pretty safe bet that he won't cross that boundary again. But he went hard enough that it put Myriam back in a submissive frame of mind. I'm hoping that, in the future updates, we'll see him go back to basically using her as he pleases.
I'm guessing that there will be more love and tenderness between them, going forward, and a better relationship, and I think that's a good thing. I don't really want him turning into a younger version of Anthony. But I would like to see Marc essentially treating Myriam as his property. I'd like to see him bossing Myriam around when Katherine and William aren't present. I'd like to see more of him forcing her to pleasure him in parked cars or alleyways or school bathrooms or other semi-public places. I'd like to see more of him demanding that she wear his cum on her face in public, such as when shopping or whatever. And I'd like to see him whore her out to other guys again. For the rest, I am not Zorlun and this is his game, but it is indeed possible that there will be things going in the direction you would like, though as I suspect Zorlun will give some rest to Marc and Cassius for a bit.
Either that, or maybe if he solves all the problems with his 4090 he will be able to get bigger updates with more images and more scenes, thus being able to accomodate more stuff in them (assuming setting up the images and rendering were the thing taking more time before).
Be aware if that is the case, it may mean getting the incest patch a bit later, like this time, will become the norm (more scenes, more text/code to go through) - but I think everybody would be happy, Zorlun said it would take this all year to finish the game, but with all the things and possibilities he has on the plate, I am not sure 11 updates will be enough, if they are not "thick enough"

Actually, even without becoming another Anthony, it is still possible that Marc will become more bossy, rough and forceful, or anyway go back towards previous peaks, though there is also some change - to be remembered that in the scene you refer to, done under the "Marc dom" mode , you can see that Myriam not only show her (depending on the choices of the player) complete dedication to pleasing him even in details like the way she looks at him and starts the blowjob, but basically she says (or better, thinks) that she somehow is getting completely on the submissive mode and even likes being treated as such, at least with Marc.
Depending on the choices of the player, that can be only with him, but also with others, to be seen if Zorlun will introduce again some scenes where the value of some variables has an impact on the possible choices available, in the last updates I remember only one at the beach , though it is true that even in the last updates some scenes depended on previous choices, e.g. even in the "Marc dom" subpath, what Marc and Myriam say changes a bit depending on whether Marc and his captain had "fun" with Myriam or not), and whether there was a second date with the cops, and with whom, depended on the choice about the previous date.
