If Patreon was going to take action over the Prometheus version of the game, they would have done so already. It's clear that Patreon isn't checking the files Zorlun posts on SubscribeStar.
The Patreon thing (if I remember rightly) is basically about their bank, personally I don't think they give a shit about the content people want to play, it's more to do with their bank threatening them with closing their accounts if they carry on allowing 'taboo' content they don't want to be associated with.

If you choose to have her do things that make her into a public whore, then that's what she becomes.
There's so much choice and variety available for how each of us chooses to mold Myriam, and with relative freedom in how we do it. Even then, when presented with the choices, any public whoring must still be chosen for it to happen.
