You know this is not real life, don't you?
It's a game, and not all games are the same. Move along. Dudbert..... Dudbert? :ROFLMAO:
Or better yet, make your own game. I'm sure it would be very vanilla.
Dudbert :ROFLMAO:, even Squidward sounds better.
What can i say besides you guys seem to be illitarate since you couldnt read my name on multiple occasions. It says quite a lot about you if all you can bring to the table is this offtopic banter.

So basically you're unhappy of the result of the choices you made yourself...

I always find funny when people reproach the game to be a fuck fest when they are the ones making the choices to lead the game that way, this game is heavy on choice, you can play it with nearly zero sex or plunge the deep end, but some choices also lead to consequences, that's life...

But in the end to each his own, I understand people not liking the game, we all have our own tastes, I hope you can find your perfect game out there.
There are "heavy choices" and there is a "random fuckfest"... Nobody expects a gangbang if you drink 3-5 glasses of champange and take 2 or 3 hits from a joint. Thats definitely not "plunging into the deep end" It just rather seems that this game approaches more and more on the gangbang/group part, the longer you play.

But its alright. We agree to disagree and we leave it at that. :)

"Sorry" but the game is, to say it nice...bad. There are so many choices where you do something small/simple and it escalates into stuff you dont even want...

i.E.

Party at the museum: You drink, smoke and you not only get fucked by the one guy but instead get gangbanged, assfucked by the driver and later on even from the son... I mean WTF?! Another problem is, at some point, you cant even deny it anymore...

At the massage parlor: You get fingered, then the action with the cousin and out of nowhere it switches to a gangbang... again.

There are absolutely no hints that you get used like a park bench after every single time you buy a coffee or what not...

Oh and the MC gets so dumb that she believes almost everything. "Trust" should be renamed in loss of iq. -> Priest says he will cleanse her, faps and cums in her mount and she belives that it was a good ritual...
You really never imagined that if Myriam got drunk and really high, that eventually she was gonna lose all her inhibitions and get totally fucked. I mean that never got flagged in the dialogue at all did it? Three very horny students, a male predator and a black chauffeur, plus one very inebriated milf. There were absolutely no hints whatsoever, that something sexual was going to happen. I mean what could possibly go wrong in that situation, if I let the protagonist drink all night and then smoke weed?

Sometimes you just have to use your common sense, that if I do this and that, eventually things will happen that maybe I don't want. In other words don't let Myriam get so slaughtered, that she can't say no anymore.

And if you don't want her to become too trusting. Then just make another choice. It's not rocket science, that if a choice gives plus 1 trust, then trust is going to go up, and Myriam will eventually believe what people tell her. Myriam is a person who tends to see the best in people, she's not naturally suspicious. You have to make her more like that, so she starts to question peoples motives, or you can make her even less suspicious, and willing to take people at face value.

None of these things bother me, because I tend to let Myriam get corrupted to the max anyway. But even so, it wasn't that difficult to see what was going to happen, if I made certain choices, and how it could easily be avoided by not making those choices. It isn't necessary to have all possible consequences, flagged in capital letters, to work out that if I let Myriam act stupidly, she's going to have to face the music. That's just common sense. I suggest you use it.

Exactly, I just don't understand how some people don't see, that if they make certain choices, then there'll inevitably be sexual consequences for Myriam. For example, at the museum, why would you make such a big deal about how much Myriam drinks, if that wasn't going to have a major impact later in the scene. It's obvious, to anyone who thinks about it at all. If Myriam stays sober then the foursome scene never happens. This is a sex game and that inevitably means Myriam is going to have sex. But there is a wide spectrum of possibilities, depending on individual choices. If you don't want Myriam to have extreme sex, then don't make the choices that lead to those scenarios. It's that simple really.

Dude, at this point of the game it was more that she got raped three times in a row (group, driver, son) than "losing her inhibitions"...
I don't think she was raped. It was more that all her inhibitions had been removed, and she didn't resist when people tried to do stuff. If Myriam is sober those scenes never happen, because her natural inhibitions mean she would never go along with it. But let's face it Myriam likes fucking, and the only thing that stops her from giving in to her desires, are her inhibitions. So remove them and she becomes a total nympho, and totally loves it. But as soon as she sobers up, those inhibitions return and then she starts feeling guilty. If you corrupt Myriam, eventually those inhibitions influence her less and less, and she can become that nympho slut without having to get drunk or high, which is pretty much what happened in the last update.

Zorlun by the way... If Myriam has let the boys in the gym have their way both at the gym and at the beach, maybe ;-) the next time they are at the gym, they may decide it is perfectly normal to invite themselves in her shower, and then, she would have to decide how to deal with the situation (which can also mean, cutting it somehow), or (submissively, but maybe could have a more directing approach) let them do whatever...

Well... The concept "Rape" is quite broad and has many aspects ignored or unknown by many people. For example... The root of the concept (and the laws against it) is "consent". In any situation, if the woman says NO and the man continues with the act, it is considered "Sexual Assault" and/or "Rape". Ok... Here is the "gray" area (in the act and in the law) The woman must be "In the total and proper use of ALL her mental faculties" to give that "consent"... Therefore, if a woman is under the influence of ANY substance that diminishes her mental abilities (drugs, alcohol, etc) can be considered a "rape" even if she consents to that act. That's why "sleeping sex" is also considered "rape."

This gets into kind of hairy territory on whether you are using real world, or porn game logic. In the real world, informed consent is a good practice, and getting that when someone is drunk and high is not something you'd want to argue in a courtroom. It conceivably could be considered rape.

But on the player agency aspect, yeah, in a porn game if the game keeps asking if you want another drink, it's a big hint that things are going to happen that the hungover version of the character can blame on booze/drugs.

That may be so. But in order for it to be 'rape', the woman has to believe that it is, and complain to the relevant authorities. It doesn't matter if she's under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and her diminished faculties, cause her to make rash decisions. Because unless she considers herself to have been taken advantage of as a consequence, it's just perfectly legal, consensual sex. Myriam enjoyed the foursome with the college guys, the sex with the black chauffeur and the sex that followed with Marc. When they get in the Limo. It's Myriam who instigates the continuation of the gangbang, when she grabs Guy's cock. He's totally surprised by this, believing the sex session ended in the 'Dovecote', but being the horny young man that he is, naturally he's ready and willing to go with it, as are his friends. Nobody is taking advantage of her. At that moment, it's what she wants.

Later the chauffeur gets into the back of the Limo, to help Myriam to dress, and once again she's the one who instigates sex, by grabbing his cock. Maybe she's been programmed by Anthony to behave in a certain way. But none of these people know that. All they can see, is this gorgeous, horny milf, who seems to be desperate for cock She might have felt ashamed afterwards, and wished she hadn't given in to her lust, but at no point does she believe that anyone has forced her.

The closest thing to rape, is when Marc has sex with her, and she's only semi-conscious. If Myriam believes in any way, that Marc has taken advantage of her, then that is rape. But she doesn't. She never for one moment considers that, and even if she could see a video recording of what actually happened, she'd probably still find some reason to believe it was all down to her. The fact is, even if she had been conscious, we know that on that route, Myriam rarely refuses Marc anything. So it likely would have happened anyway. Because Marc knows exactly what strings to pull, to make Myriam compliant. And we also know, that deep down she loves being sexually controlled by him, regardless of what she sometimes claims to the contrary.

Therefore none of this was actually rape, except in the mind's eye of certain people, who want to make this storyline into something that it never was

It's not rape, if the person who is drunk or high, doesn't believe that anyone has taken advantage of her. Legalities are only a factor, if it becomes a courtcase. Myriam doesn't try to stop any of this, she enjoys it thoroughly and she in no way considers that anyone has raped her. It doesn't matter what other people think, because unless she calls foul, legally nothing illegal has happened.

I'm not going to get into a big philosophy debate on a porn forum, but actions affect both parties, even while the axe chops into the tree, it becomes dull. Just because a woman doesn't believe she's been taken advantage of, doesn't mean that behaviour in the same circumstances with one variable changed isn't rape.

Arguing law gets worse, as it's not the same by jurisdiction.

I'm not critiquing the game at all, just pointing out that using porn logic in the real world isn't a smart thing to do.

You brought up the law, not me. But you're wrong in assuming that rape can exist, if the the person who has supposedly been raped, says that they weren't. Legally rape can only be pursued, if the victim wants it to be. There could be a hundred witnesses claiming that it had taken place, but if the person in question takes a different view, then it makes no difference. As far as the law is concerned, there is no rape. The only exception to this, would be if a minor was involved, or someone who was mentally impaired. Because rape is about denial of consent, and minors and those who are mentally impaired, are not legally regarded to be able to give consent.

Jurisdiction makes no difference, in this instance. If someone says that they weren't raped, there is no place in the world that would pursue it any further.

There is only one scene in this game, that approaches rape, and that is the scene with Marc after the museum event. From our perspective, Marc could be said to have raped Myriam. But from Myriam's perspective that never happened, because she's unaware of what really happened, and is unlikely to ever discover the truth. She instead believes it was her fault, and thus she's never going to believe she was raped. From a legal standpoint, that means it never happened, whether it's in the real world or just in a porn game.

This is completely false. If you have checked the laws for your own home (state/country/whatever) and found that to be the case where you live, then okay, but the assumption that it's a universal state of affairs is way off. And the belief that jurisdiction makes no difference is bizarre. Of course jurisdiction makes a difference. The laws in one place are different from the laws in another place, and that makes a difference.

For example, in my home state (in the US), if the police believe that they have evidence of a crime, they can make an arrest, even if the supposed victim says that they don't want to press charges, or insists that nothing happened. And if the prosecuting attorney believes that he or she has a good enough case to take to court, they can prosecute the crime, whether the victim wants to press charges or not. And I know of other states which have similar laws.

Also, I have no idea why you would suggest that there is no place in the world where they would pursue a rape case when the supposed victim says there was no rape. We currently have a very high profile case in Romania which has been making international news for months now, where a man is being charged with rape and is currently on house arrest, awaiting his trial, and his two supposed victims have both spoken out and stated that there was no rape, and the sex was completely consensual.

Make no mistake, rape charges can be pursued in many jurisdictions, even when the supposed victim doesn't want them pursued.
