Is is possible to avoid the hot tub scene? In all my playthroughs, that is the 1 scene I could never avoid, and there does not seem to be a way to avoid it by looking through the code.

, unless it does not involve Myriam.Well, a good place for that to happen, would be in the week-end when Marc goes to use the pool, but given the time covered by each update, that Zorlun already showed a preview, and all the other possibiltiies, it is rather doubtful it will happen in the next update. But don't worry, I am sure Zorlun will find ways to put a bit of something anyway.
Nothing set in stone for now, but it's not impossible that through the story some unavoidable scenes could happen. No, since this scene will highly depend on Marc's behavior and relationship with Myriam, things will depend highly on the player choices.

Well, to avoid misunderstandings, when I wrote that I am sure you will find ways to put a bit of something anyway, I was not thinking about "a bit of something with Marc", but really more in general a bit of sexual content, whether light as the teasing with Stella or something more "heavy". And even the "anyway" did not mean that you would force the situation with Myriam having sexual activity with Marc - if anything, Myriam has had the possibility to stop, or avoid, those activities in the past, and indeed, I don't thiink all the players are having those activities happening.
Nope, they were static bonus pictures that I make some times on Patreon and SubscribeStar for special occasion, with generally one for public and one a little bit more naughty for my patrons (I invite you to have a look at my Patreon or SubscribeStar page if you are interested, even without a pledge, you have some public share).
So for the signatures, they are fan made (thanks again) from those special renders I made and were animated for extra effect.

Second scene of the next update, the story revolve around the different plot lines there and the characters linked to them, with Lucy, Detective Anderson and the two officers Armstrong and Johnson. Like the previous scene, we're focusing on developing the story and the characters.
Mostly focusing on the indentification of the aggressor of Myriam in the park at the start of chapter 2, the scene will also develop some more Lucy's character and her past. Myriam will also cross path again with the two officers and depending on her previous choices will have some development and potential branching for the next scene.
Also a potential naughty scene, with Myriam needing to relieve some stress at the police station, giving an opportunity for some "public" play in the restroom.

For the future, about the kids at the horse riding (and eventually in other situation), and the rule "no undeveloped in sexual action" (not quoting the exact words, only the concept)...
One way would be the already mentioned "if they get it up they are not undeveloped" (notice, I do not mean they have a completely absurd two meters penis, just get erection and ejaculation), but there is also another way, which can work for male and female alike - hairs.
I mean pubic hairs. No need to do an Amazonic forest (and actually, it would be completely wrong), but the appearance of hairs in that region, is an indication of sexual hormones activity and development - thus, if they have them, they cannot be considered undeveloped.
