The scene you mention never happened on either of my playthroughs. On one she went home and on the other she had a threesome in a hotel room, then Mike went home and Danny carried on fucking her. Later in the game on the second playthrough, she met up with just Danny, and he took her to a cinema where she had a threesome with Danny and one of his friend ( a pornstar). At no point does Miriam think that anything negative has happened between her and Danny, so I don't see how that could blank out future choices. I thought the monthly updates were a great idea when they started.
But now, having been left disappointed by the amount of content each time, I'm not so sure.
Having said that, at least I know where I am each time, whereas with some other games I have to go back quite a way to remember the story.

Where exactly in the game was a particular limit established? You can't return to something that was never there to begin with. Everything suggests that Zorlun has been following a clear plan for this game from the very beginning. He said recently that he wanted to test himself with this game, and part of that meant having a large cast of characters, that might prove to be unwieldy. Probably, in his next game there'll be a more limited number of characters, but this game is what it is.
As far as the age limit is concerned, what difference does that make? The game has had at least one older character from early on ( Bobo who must be 60+). So having several more older men, isn't going to change anything.
The problem the world faces is mainly the moralistic US setting the limits, especially for age, in most countries the legal age is not 18 to engage in consensual sex, in France I believe it is 13 except for incest, then it's 18.

The game has a lot of branching paths. I would recommend that you wait for 2-3 months before downloading a update if you find the monthly content too few.
