There are two things wrong with this line of reasoning. If Zolrun included incest again, and that was what had triggered the person's reaction, the person could go to Patreon, show them what they downloaded, and Patreon could kick Zorlun out, period.
That is the difference with me, the only three things for sure in common between me and Zorlun are that we are both male, we both can speak French, and we both have an account on F95 - so, even if the persons sees the incest patch and tries to point it out to Patreon, if they are a minimum coherent with their own rules, they cannot ban Zorlun for that.
First, if a person showing Patreon a copy of the game with incest in it would trigger action from Patreon, even if that copy of the game had been posted on SubscribeStar, instead of Patreon, what do you think they would do if someone showed them a copy of the game with bestiality in it? If Patreon is going to take action against Zorlun for something which is posted on SubscribeStar, they already have all the cause to act that they would ever require, incest or no incest.
Second, why would someone who wanted to cause trouble for Zorlun direct Patreon here to F95? Why wouldn't they just add your incest patch to the game, and then send that to Patreon? If you're correct in your assumption that Patreon would act against Zorlun on the basis of an unverified copy of the game provided to them by a player, then consider the fact that, once your patch has been added to the game, that copy of the game has incest, and Patreon wouldn't have any way of knowing that it was the work of a third party. You patch does not include a disclaimer, stating that the incest content was not made by Zorlun, and the patch changes the scripts. If Patreon ever got their hands on a patched copy of the game, they'd have no way to know that it wasn't 100% Zorlun's work.
In the end, there are only two things Zorlun can do, with regard to his Patreon account. He can either eliminate the Prometheus version of the game, even on SubscribeStar, and only release the Patreon version, or he can go on doing whatever he wants in the Prometheus version, and keep his fingers crossed that Patreon won't check the version on SubscribeStar, because the version that already exists on SubscribeStar would get him banned on Patreon just as quickly as the ipatch would.
